I have the same one and it’s Ben amazing I have change my 1660 for a 3060ti good change but I am selling it to replace it for a more competitive one cheers 🙏
I had this issue but I forgot to plug one of the cables back into my hard drive. Didn’t notice until watching this, and saw a cable there that I didn’t have plugged in.
Had this issue a few months back, was booting into bios and stuck there. Replaced the m.2 and reloaded windows on it. Been working like new since no issues.
I’ve had this problem on some of my friends systems. Here’s the easiest solution In the bios click on advanced mode to exit out of safe mode. Either F7 on keyboard or you can click it. Once your there (depending on the bios) find the boot settings it isn’t very hidden. And change the boot start up or boot drive to the one that says windows. The other option is basically a bios only mode. That should fix this issue 9/10 but in very rare cases you might have to replace the SSD with a windows copy on it or. Buy one then use a USB to install windows. Roughly 60/70ish dollars to fix if that doesn’t resolve with the boot settings. Hopefully this helps some. Also small note check all the power connections because even the slightest irregularities can make systems perform wonky, boot weird, or even not boot at all.
I found this exact machine in the garbage. Looked barely used. I brought it home turned it on. Just kept rebooting couldn't go into POST. It had a bad ram stick. Removed and it booted. Wow! Seems extremely slow, seemed to belong to a kid so probably filled with a lot of crap so I'm doing a hard reset/clean on the system.
I own the same pc Same case and everything, but my gpu is like a GTX or RTX I don’t know but I’ll check, if it’s a gtx then I’ll just do my own build and do a 4090
Idk know if you still need help but it is extremely difficult and it feels like your gonna break it but trust me you won’t, just pull hard from the bottom grip and if it helps take the window off❤
This sounds like exactly the problem I'm having
