Does it only just read & delete the fault codes or it can also help programme the functions of interior exterior lights, windows, central locking system AC and the whole nine yards?
Nice video. I've just bought the same scanner to do a battery registration on my 1 series M. When i first installed (a week ago) the new battery was showing 12.7v & 14.6v when engine idling with a multimeter. I wondered from these figures whether battery registration was entirely necessary. Since arriving home from a 500 mile, 2 day trip, i thought I'd check. I was disappointed to see battery only reading 12.3v & charging at only 14v. Hoping registering this new battery will change this, & let the car charge it fully. On another note, did you say you hear a knocking / rattle from front end? I have exact same issue when driving slowly over uneven, bumpy side roads, it's bloody annoying. Once at speeds, done seem to notice it. My steering wheel is also very slightly off centre to the right.
I used this on my 3 series, it shows the errors after I did the scanned and then I erased them which then says it was successful and to restart the ignition. However when I restart it, the errors are still there....am I doing something wrong, please help
Keep up with the Z4 videos, and I will be loyal subscriber

Good video keep it up, just a question can you turn off the beep when scrolling on the scanner? It's really loud on the video.
Now you've mentioned that, I can't unhear it >.
Zee? What part of the States do you live in, then?
