Marathon, Florida canal fishing Mojarra - Catch, Clean, and Cook!

Join us on our backyard adventure in the Marathon, Florida canals as we learn what Mojarra are, learn that they're good to eat, and enjoy a meal of lemon pepper mojarra on the grill!
To prepare the same way, place your filets in an aluminum boat with lemons, lemon pepper, and butter and cook on the grill until flaky. The meat is a little more firm than freshwater panfish but has a great taste!
