great video man, say I live in your area and have been having trouble getting the reds and snook on this winter. no problem before November but hardly any bite since then. Any tips? i primarily fish from docks, bridges and kayak.
Bro I went out 2 wks ago out of Captiva about 9 miles offshore and we slayed the hell outta big mangroves and 6 big Hogs. The smallest Hog was 15” and we had 2 that were 18””! It was an epic day. Nice vid. There are plenty of keeper fish in that whole area.😎
Are you guys having any issue with not venting fish? Not sure what depth you’re in but surprised that the released fish seemed to swim down just fine/no swim bladders protruding
Did you scout these spots yourself, or did you get numbers from someone? I'm looking to get back into venturing offshore and can't find my old numbers unfortunately.
Goliath grouper are getting to be a real problem. The slot limit on them in this upcoming limited “season” is nothing short of insulting. The people making the rules need to get out on the water more often.

It’s sketchy for sure, don’t want to get the GoPro stuck on the bottom. But it’s is a very useful tool to see what’s happening on the bottom
@@SeeYaDude I just use sabiki now it’s not as technical but it gives you an idea if the reed is alive or not

If your line is not getting cut very quick or your catch chomped, and something is pulling your drag like that, it's a goliath, not a shark.
