  • The Radobaan has always been a ridiculously difficult foe to take down, despite it being a base 2★ monster.
I tried going for the head, but it's just wasting too much time and taking risks from the rolls and head swipes, and I failed twice before this final attempt on a Marked Radobaan when I tried to focus on the head.
This time, I decided to go for the right hindleg. The hindlegs and the tail are the softest spots for hitting even when you are not breaking anything, especially the tail, and those are the spots I have always advocated going for if one's at their limit of their equipment for the Radobaan at their level, and especially at higher levels where we need to focus on weak spots all the time or create an opening as soon as possible.
I left the tail alone because I'm saving it for when I had to run from the sleep gas attack, so I don't want to cut it unnecessarily so as to give myself a soft place to poke when I can't poke the broken hindleg.
I chose the right hindleg because that's its anchor for most of its lateral attacks and thus it won't move as much from the spot, and gives me some time to decide what to do when it starts to wind up for its lateral attacks as those attacks always start from its left.
    And I finally did it!
Hopefully this video helps whoever is struggling with Radobaan.

So if you perfect parry it's doesn't consume your health? Especially the last atk of radobaan where it start to roll and you perfect parry your health still 40/120

Yes. It depends on the strength of the attack and your Guard level. I didn't look into the technical details of Guard and Well-timed Guard, but I believe that as long as you don't get knocked back on a Well-timed Guard, you won't take damage. Guard level will directly impact whether you will get knocked back by an attack or not, and stronger attacks will require higher Guard level to prevent knockback.

Ah. That's the gyro mode. Do you see a button at the top right of your screen during a hunt? Tap it!
