Dropping by to say that you can totally swap Baan Greaves for Banbaro. One extra point in Guard doesn't save as much HP as that single point in Divine Blessing, and a free point in Concentration is way better than sleep resist
I have to say it's a good lance and cb build your offering here. I use Black diablos helm Black diablos chest Diablos arms Diablos waist Black diablos waist I get Breaker 4 Resentment 3 Heroics 3 Offensive guard 2 Firm foot hold 1 This isna MUST try build and works with any lance. Harder to use on jho lance due to low raw but jho lance works well on this build when paired against a monster weak to dragon.
It's a grity build for sure. I tend to swap the black diablos helm with diablos helm when I want heroics 5 but I typically throw that on intententionally and trigger it off of a normal block early. Usually do the swap off around 38-45 hp depending on size of monster
Deviljho lance will be coming after I am done with my dualblades. But can start on crafting armor, finally a use for my Banbaro parts that I previously kept on selling because there was nothing I could use them for
For the lance build, can't you do: Coral Puki Helm (Lock on + Weakness Exploit), Baroth chest (OG 2), Baroth gloves (Guard 2), Deviljho pants (Dragon attack 2), black diablos boots (OG 1 and Heroics). This way, with deviljho lance 8+ you have: Lock On, Weakness Exploit 1 for 20% chance crit so a bit of chance to offset the negatif crit of the lance, OG 5, Guard 2, Dragon attack 2 and heroics. Isnt that straight up better? Also the items you link dont have lock on, but the dmg build comparison you have do have Lock on on it.
Always preferred gyro on lance. The lock-on just came default when i used mhn.quest but it wont affect damage calculations. Your build could work as well if you prefer having lock on. I just prefer using gyro and having at least guard level 3.
i go and run two apps at once when using gyro so I can take advantage of bigger field of view especially on the bigger monsters. Makes gyro aiming even easier
So this lance build is best for deviljho lance or would it work with other lances as well? Just wondering because of different elements for different monsters. Wouldn't this mean using deviljho lance on all monsters despite different elements?
The azure lance gets more gain from offensive guard. Let's make the audience aware. Jho lance is a beast. Just not as good. I get a bigger gain between my 7.3 azure lance and my 7.5 jho lance. Also you have to fight the -30% affinty which takes away from the gains of offensive guard
I'm 1 saliva away from that g8. I've only slain 4 and only 2 of them where with head breaks. Get there sooner or later lol. Next build I want is a skyward striker build for when barioth comes back.
@@PauwerPlays senpai how to go from red shield counter attack into AED? I always go into SAED when I have red shield charged and countering monster attack with guard point
@@PauwerPlays I’ll try it So when red shield is on countering monster attack then 1. Hold + release = SAED 2. Swipe down = AED it’s so hard, I’ll try again tomorrow Thanks
@@PauwerPlays I FIGURED IT OUT Thanks sensei Once red shield is charged then counter attacking 1. Hold + release = full phial discharge if you have 5 it discharge all 5 (SAED) 2. Hold + swipe down = single phial discharge (AED) 3. Hold + swipe up = store phial to red shield I prefer to do number 2 as number 1 leaves a huge opening for me to get punished or OHKO🤣

I like gunfire, so what's the best gunfire, bowgun or gunlance?
Gunlance is safe and deals a ton of damage. It also reloads fast haha. I prefer the gunlance over the bowgun :)

how does this compares to your slugger CB build?
This set has more damage but takes more effort to get the damage
