    Many helpful/practical ideas in this podcast. Sleep was a needed topic for me. Thank you.
    I totally agree that our bodies are intricate and that our spiritual well-being is directly related to our physical body.
    One caution is the use of a sauna or water that is too hot in terms of those of us with EDS & POTS. Good for our joints but "bad" for the POTS side of it all.

      Good point although some people have actually been able to improve their heat tolerance via intentional use of heat therapy (like sauna).

      I don't know of studies offhand but hear this a lot from patients (and myself). Anecdotal of course, but still interesting@@jodidejong3636

      That's a lot of ibuprofen which can be very dangerous for the gut and the kidneys!
