Hi Mike, I've been doing the separate Dynamic Stretch Warm up before doing this video. Is that necessary since this video starts with a warm up? Many thanks for your help!
I used your resistance band for the first time. Will it stretch out? I'm 5'7" it seems short. When stepping on it and when it's around my back. (I have long legs and long arms.).

Hey Judith.. I mean both. You want to stay consistent with exercise and when you stay consistent with a video, that video will give the benefits of what's being worked on in that video. (I hope that made sense). 🙂

I’ve moved up to intermediate 🎉🎉. I’m so blessed to have the best physical health coach in my home. Thank you so much . I’m 75 and movement is medicine.
Thanks Mike,there were exercises that I do but also new ways of using my bands. I’ve used my band for a couple of years and it’s a bit worn out. Will have to order a new one. I liked this one showing ways you can use weights and bands. X

Like the tempo. The advanced one was too quick I found for strength training.
I really, really try but my body seems asymmetric my right side seems longer than my left side. But thanks for making me keep on trying .
COMPLAINING ABOUT A PROBLEM WITHOUT POSING A SOLUTION IS CALLED WHINNING.
