Oooohhh opening music is wow! How lovely to wake up, turn on my tablet and first notification is this! Can’t wait to see more of this place. The beach is stunning! Also - at least lions won’t be chewing your face wash, Kirstie 😄😄😄😄
James it`s so nice to see you and Kirstin back on the move and allowing us to come along. Who would think on a camping trip, walking the boardwalk(all sounds “normal”) you would get to see monkeys and......just another day for you but something special for us! Looking forward to the next episode!
Lovely to watch your next adventure after your 1st honeymoon. Bringing back such good memories even log cabin raiding monkeys don't dampen my memories of St Lucia.
Once again, reliving ‘happy’ memories as you circle the campsite for the ‘perfect’ spot. Bravo, to you two though, no simmering silence! Very enjoyable getting out and about with you both as we endure 🇬🇧 virus version2 lockdown and a Christmas holiday like no other.
I really enjoy your dry sense of humor James. I also enjoy the grace in which Kristen carries off her shyness. Thanks for sharing and hope to see many more. lu
Awe a second honeymoon. So happy you were able to get out and about once again. Lucky you at a beach location. This will be nice location and I hope not to many fights. TY for sharing the ups and downs of camping life. It will fill you with wonderful memories for life.
ahhhh...so glad to be back on an adventure with y'all! and i love that it is somewhere i have actually been. loved that the beach at st lucia is one you can see nothing but beach in either direction...no man made structures...it is breath taking for sure. brought back great memories for me! and the hippo crossings...actually where i saw my first hippo in the wild :) was in the water not far from one of those signs. also, nice segment ...yes, pun intentional ;)...of that mildred with her lovely light brown color. looking forward to the rest of the adventure!
Very nice mix with perfect music. Loved the ending and Africa’s insects are always such a delight, the beetle made me think of a walking gold tooth giving me a small chuckle. Looking forward to the next episode.
Hi I was there just last week. I could swear I ran into you there but i am not sure if it was you but anyway. i just found your channel and it nice to see other south africa youtubers. For what I see on your channel is almost exactly what i live for and love doing. But anyway. I love that place so much. Have a good day.
This is bringing back happy memories of when I stayed in St Lucia a few years ago. The sight of the board walk and Estuary Beach makes my heart hurt. Can't wait to see next week's instalment! ❤️🇬🇧 😆
Please post Ep 2, loved this. I was in St Lucia about two decades ago with two little kiddies, camping in very wet weather. I want to continue vicariously experience your holiday. You posted this on the 28th, the day the ban to beaches was back with immediate effect. So I am hoping you were back home already.
Happy New Year James & Kirsten! Thank you for being a constant source of entertainment, fun and companionship during the year that sent us all to He!! and back. Wishing you all good things in 2021 including returning soon to Djuma and WildEarth and all of us. Bless 🧡 from (Christine & Valentino)
Thank you for sharing with us once more, I do enjoy your adventures during this stressful year. You make me smile. We are wishing you both a very happy 2021...we will all get through this. Cheers.
I'm angry at the fact that I'm only now finding out about this channel iv missed James and his wit and ridiculously amazing attitude and youve had a seperate channel all this time I will be catching up for the next few days and hoping that the uploads will become more somewhat frequent.......... best day of this year so far finding this channel
Native Southern Californian here. I all of a sudden feel my duty is to name “piss buggers” as the official theme phrase of 2020. I’ll contact my governor.
Ha ha rookie error erecting your tent before double checking water, braai and power (if there is any). We've all done it! Can't wait to see what the next few weeks hold!
So good to see you both out enjoying yourselves. I miss getting my rig out...blast this covid crap, we're in lockdown again in Calif. Happy Holidays to you and yours! 💖
Great video, circleling the campsite for the perfect stand brings back own camping memories - had a good laugh about the tap with out water!!! Looking forward to the next episode - have never been to that area ...
The doily comment made me subscribe. Only in South Africa do we still use doily's on our tables. Lol. Nice video. Should do the unspoilt west coast of South Africa next.
Now I realise, why my offroad camper requirements (discussions) seems to always be different to most people... You have just made it clear You require ablutions, water, power, braai... People seem to love the look & feel of offroad campers but really want to camp like you would in a normal caravan
It's raining here in L.A. for the first time since May. You have no idea how happy seeing your beautiful country in the sunshine made me! You should start a GoFundMe so you can buy your own camper and outfit it to your specifications. Then you can get Netflix to give you a weekly series. Thanks so much for sharing your adventures with all of us. Do I really have to wait a whole week for more? I guess I'll just have to rewatch the first 3 again! Happy New Year and may you have lots of adventures together! p.s. You are bot sorely missed on WE!
St Lucia is one of my favourite places and it has Spar, Engen and Wimpey - what more could you ask for? (Maybe turtles - I rather think you've missed the turtles.)
FANTASTIC! 👌😍 Always really love your humour James. 🤣 That brought back sooo many incredible childhood memories, when we'd spend one of the 4 school holidays fishing at Lake St. Lucia every year. We always stayed in the camp with serviced Rondavels. I think back then, it cost about R30 a night for all 7 of us, and although we supplied our own food, it was cooked for us and delivered to the main table. 🤭😁
I last camped at St Lucia in 1979. Moved up the coast to Cape Vidal, then to do some scuba diving at Sodwana. Now living in the UK in the high Pennines - in England's most remote market town that has its origins pre-dating Roman times. (We're 20 miles from Hadrian's Wall). While you enjoy the hot zululand sunshine we're enduring our first snow and -5 temperatures. But I love it here - just as I loved the zululand north coast.
Thank you for having us along! Well done, entertaining, lovely and educational. The intro music had me laughing out loud, impending doom....or something magnificent? And oh my goodness: “ the world’s biggest doily”- in tears! Looking forward to the next episode :)
New to your channel. We weren’t bored, just intrigued. South African friends had persuaded us to travel to SA, and we had plans to do so, but then C19 intervened. Hopefully the chance will come again before we are too old. (73 and 79 respectively).
Oooohhh opening music is wow! How lovely to wake up, turn on my tablet and first notification is this! Can’t wait to see more of this place. The beach is stunning! Also - at least lions won’t be chewing your face wash, Kirstie 😄😄😄😄
Love you two. Hope you have a great year. Miss you, Tristan and the rest of the older crew. It's not the same show without you all there.
Looks like a beautiful place to camp. Hope your having a great time. Thanks for the video James & Kirsten! Can’t wait for the next one ⛺️🏝🐾
Woop woop you went to my hometown! Looking lush as usual, as are yourselves! Can't wait for Ep 2 👌💥

You do realize there are beautiful guest houses in St. Lucia?! Still, a great trip. And if you want to dive, camping is a real extra chore.

Another wonderful video.
That was a beautiful empty beach and nice video.
As a resident in Texas, I shall now begin saying "piss buggers" whenever I'm mad.
As a Native Texan now living in the north.. I will follow suit and do the same.
