    Hey mate greeting from Germany.
    I suffered from attacks after football matches the last summer. Guess the remaining adrenalin after matches got somehow misguided. Thanks for your content here and on spotify, It greatly helped me power through the last few panic attacks, feeling much better and calmer now :)
