Fiennes was changing up his speech in literally every take. He was picking different characters to come forward at every take. The scene in which fiennes decided to pick Tom Felton was the one the directors decided would actually be put in the film. Also Voldemort hugging Draco wasn’t in the script either. Fiennes did that on the spot too. So you can assume that the whole scene of Draco reluctantly going to Voldemort was Tom acting on the spot, nothing pre-planned. There’s a video where the actor that plays malfoy mentions it in a behind the scenes thing and he comments it kept literally *everyone* in the room on their toes.

I saw a RUclips interview with #Gloria Reuben, the incredible actress who played Krista Gordon (Elliot's therapist) had to film an extremely mentally intense scene tied up to a chair. She spoke in the interview how they had all sorts of safety measures in place as well as a "safe" word if she needed to be untied and break away from her character. It was extremely terrifying for her. I apologize I cannot seem to locate the clip at the moment.
Not trying to take away anything from the actors, but if they’re genuinely terrified, that’s not really indicative of their acting skills at all since they weren’t acting - more so I give props to their mental toughness and dedication to their job.
That one scene in Cellular where Jason Statham threatened Kim Basinger with his belt. Before filming this scene, she told Jason to "surprise her", therefore doing so. Her fear was genuine.
I would also include the famous scene from the shining when Jack Nicolson breaks the door. The actress behind the door was sacred to death (at least from what I've heard)
