Added engine oil to my M3W.

I plan to replace it soon, so I added 1 liter of 15w-50 from the DIY store. My 2013 M3W does not have a level gauge, so it is necessary to distinguish the height difference between the two tabs in the tank from directly above.
If you do add oil, be careful not to overdo it. Do not top up while the engine is cold. Run it for a while and then check the level about 5 minutes after shutting it down. Level should be between the two tabs.
Space is required inside the tank. There are also stories of oil tanks bursting through the seams when the engine is cold and the oil is topped up.

Hi .Have owned a M3W for years now in the uk.Only just seen your video. Can I give you a heads up on that tank cap seal. The seal should be fixed to the cap otherwise it can fall in
the tank and block the oil from circulating thus causing catastrophic engine damage because of lack of oil. Hope I’m not too late. Have fun. Best regards

Thank you for your comment. Immediately after this, I replaced the oil tank cap seal with a new one. The oil was also changed to 20W50. This is a video of when I added temporary oil because I couldn't get regular oil. You know a lot about 3 wheelers, so please continue to tell me more.

3ホイーラーのS&Sエンジンは、めっちゃオイルを喰うというわけではありません。燃費も大人しく走ってれば10km/l以上走ってくれます。
信濃路気持ち良さそうですね。3ホイーラーで走ってみたいです…

私も先日、初めてオイルを抜いたところ取説ほどオイルが抜けて来ませんでした。

コメントありがとうございます。本当はオイルを交換したいのですが、雨続きで工場に行けず、応急処置的にオイルを継ぎ足しました。
本当は自分でオイル交換したいのですが、廃油処理に困るので…。すぐに交換するつもりですので、工場でオイル抜くところから見せてもらってきます。
