It’s not even close. The drop bear wins. Kizer has improved on the axis style lock and it’s adjustable. Most won’t notice difference between s30v and 154cm. I’ve had a lot of knives in both and they’re both great for edc. The drop bear has better scales, quality control and fit & finish. No blade play, better action, not to mention you don’t have to take knife totally apart to adjust springs. And it’s more affordable & much sturdier and up to do harder tasks unlike the bugout. For those interested here are some other bugout killers- Kizer Escort, Vosteed Raccoon bar lock version, cmb predator, Asher nomad 3, and hogue dekka. All these knives are better then OG Bugout and more affordable. Hope this helps someone!
This is easy for me. The best one is the one that doesnt feel like it came from the dollar store but somehow costs half as much as that dollar store feeling one.
My first knife that cost more than $60 was a Kizer Sheep Dog, I also have a number of other Kizer knives and I have 1 Benchmade and that's the 535BK-4 which is the aluminum scales with the M390 blade. As much as I like Kizer, I'm not a huge fan of bearings and Benchmade managed to get that fidget factor with bushings. They both have their positives and negatives however I trust Kizers heat treatment over Benchmade and that's the main reason I only have 1 Benchmade. The M390 is so soft on my knife, it looses its edge really easily and it shouldn't.
@@Edgekeeper747 to be honest I have changed my mind on it .,i like the drop Bear a little bit more than the bug out. Now that I have used it a lot more and I was able to get it for $74 on Amazon vs $160 for the bug out.
I just got my new drop bear the new version with green Micarta you can adjust Omega springs. Not everyone not everyone likes plastic scales like Benchmade and it's overrated
@@flashlightcrazy WOW mate that very expensive for the bugout there usually like 180 American and the kizer is like 100 ! That's crazy mate! Why is it so expensive out there?
@@flashlightcrazy ok so you are not paying more than we are in value wise right? It's just that Australian Dollars are worth less than American money??? Is that what you telling me mate?

Great video I think I also will pick the bugout
Drop Bear top ❤
Hey what's going on mate I really love the new change to your channel. I prefer the bugout because I would rather have s30v
Thanks man, just trying to include knives as well.
I wouldn't trust the heat treat from Benchmade. They're well known for running soft.
can get the Drop Bear in S45VN now
Drop bear 100%. Fantastic piece and much less $

Might be a bit late to the party, but did you know you can adjust the axis lock on the Kizer? Take the scales off and you can adjust the tension
Cool, did not know that
What kind of watch is he wearing?😮
Also if you can you should add in some leatherman multi tools!! Also can you carry any of those knives in your country mate???
Недавно приобрел себе kizer и очень им доволен

Where are these manufactured?
United States for the Bugout, China for the Drop Bear
How much did you pay for each one of those knives mate??
bugout was 280 and the kizer was 180 austrlian
@@flashlightcrazy WOW mate that very expensive for the bugout there usually like 180 American and the kizer is like 100 ! That's crazy mate! Why is it so expensive out there?
Because the Australian dollar sucks! So 180USD equals 280 Australian @@marcramirez1986
