Good stuff. lol. Love fishing the Oxnard beaches. Pulled many halibut from the harbor beaches and jetty’s. Biggest was 12lb caught about three feet from shore near the LJ wreck. Also had a morning with 7 halibut in a 1/2 hour at Hollywood beach 17”-26”. I mostly fish swimbaits and the lcfm 110… always as slow as possible, like painfully slow 👍. Tight lines!
@@angelmx5269 yes we did fish and no I don’t know where you are located but basically all of the beaches in ventura county are public some might be private but that’s like on peoples houses and you might be using the wrong set up to fish. Message me on instagram @miggyfishes and i could help you with what to catch sand perch if you would like when you go surf fishing.
You guys were comical.. i saw Sandcrabs in water.. you should use Sandcrabs a bunch of different fish in that area go for sandcrabs..match the hatch.. good work keep them videos going😂😂
I have a video planned between me and martin we doing a challenge to see who’s the better fisherman we are doing rounds like one video is going to be only using Berkeley Sandworms who ever catches the most surf perch and then using only 805 custom baits who ever catches more fish, then last round to see who takes the win only using jerk baits only to see who catches more fish and whoever wins 2 out of 3 is the better fisherman between me and him. But I will use some sand crabs next time I go and thank you for watching the video I appreciate.
Ngl, the subtle edits of your homie made me LOL. you got yourself a sub!

That’s insane I’ve been trying to target halibut but I haven’t caught one yet!
I'm new to the area with only fresh water experience.. Good to know there's life out in the Ventura coast!
Yeah try fishing lake casitas for lake fishing
That’s right keep fishing bud and making those videos
Thank you appreciate it
I think I met you guys down at the Ventura Harbor fishing. Having fun is what it's all about.
Probably we always fish on my uncle’s inflatable or just surf fish or rock fish
On the beach did you fish, since in the ones I've been to I only catch sardines. Also, if a permit is needed or not?

You need to fish in the part where you see the sand is turned up by the waves. Cuz it where the fish are feeding off the sand crabs.
Yeah isn’t it a sandbar?

Is there stripers in Oxnard beaches?
I personally haven’t caught one yet but I’ve seen people catch them in person and seen pictures of people
@@miggy.wya.g Yep
When you're fishing for surf perch. Pink surf perch are the only ones that need to be bigger than 10 in. You could have kept that perch😊
That’s cool I actually didn’t know that. Thank you for that information!
