Honestly, you should try doing it weekly. If you're able to burn 3,500 calories or less but still a decent amount throughout the week that'd be good. You can have rest days, but you still need to eat low dense calorie foods and have a more active lifestyle, not a sedentary one. I didn't ever think I would be able to complete a 50 min workout without any break and collapsing on the ground for 10 mis. . I didn't even rest during rest times. This really is made for ppl with less stamina. I love you. Love from India.
