      Honestly, you should try doing it weekly. If you're able to burn 3,500 calories or less but still a decent amount throughout the week that'd be good. You can have rest days, but you still need to eat low dense calorie foods and have a more active lifestyle, not a sedentary one. You should also be trying to burn more calories than you eat, not to the extent where you're starving.

    I didn't ever think I would be able to complete a 50 min workout without any break and collapsing on the ground for 10 mis. . I didn't even rest during rest times. This really is made for ppl with less stamina. I love you. Love from India.

    Wow, I loved this workout! I burned 520 calories which was totally unexpected. The moves were super easy and fun and I still got good cardio and calorie burn. Thanks for such a great workout!

    Loved this!! I burned 295 calories. I’m using the Fitbit Versa 2. 🎉 I also added the day 7 baby steps challenge video. So in total I burned 348 calories! Whoohoo!!

      Just do what works for you. I immediately start the next exercise and only take breaks between rounds.
