768 & 768VG are semi-automatic food sealers by bordered film cut.
Model 768 is a heat sealer particularly suited to small and medium outputs. It is sturdy and easy-to-use. It can be laid down over whatever top-work in the kitchen.
Model 768VG enables to get either vacuum and vacuum-modified atmosphere packaging (M.A.P. - Modified Atmosphere Packaging).
It seals appropriate dose of film over containers made of different materials (plastic, coupled cardboard, aluminium), the materials of film and container being compatible to hot-sealing.
The welding head moved by a pneumatic cylinder applies sealing and precise film cut along the whole extent of the container’s contour. A pull tab for easy opening can also be added to any spot of the container’s contour.
768 and 768VG can seal one container at one time (by Single Format) up to 325 x 265 mm (GN ½) maximum dimensions and two containers at one time (by Double Format) up to 265 x 162 mm (GN ¼) maximum dimensions. The container’s maximum height is 65 mm.
Mainly indicated for food packaging, specifically the pre-cooked and the convenient (solid, liquid, creamy, pasty). This type of packaging ensures long-lasting food preservation, safe hygiene and can likewise be used for packaging non-food items.
