770 & 770VG are full automatic food sealers by bordered film cut.
Model 770 is a heat sealer particularly suited to medium and large outputs. It is sturdy and easy-to-use. It can be laid down over whatever top-work in the kitchen.
Model 770VG enables to get either vacuum and vacuum-modified atmosphere packaging (M.A.P. - Modified Atmosphere Packaging).
It seals appropriate dose of film over containers made of different materials (plastic, coupled cardboard, aluminium), the materials of film and container being compatible to hot-sealing.
The welding head moved by a pneumatic cylinder applies sealing and precise film cut along the whole extent of the container’s contour. A pull tab for easy opening can also be added to any spot of the container’s contour.
Mainly indicated for food packaging, specifically the pre-cooked and the convenient (solid, liquid, creamy, pasty). This type of packaging ensures long-lasting food preservation, safe hygiene and can likewise be used for packaging non-food items.
