CF1 is a cotton swabs manufacturing machine with pre-packaging unit and cd packaging turntable system.
By specific kit conversion units, this machine can manufacture not only double-tipped ear-cleaning adult & baby (safety) swabs, but also cosmetic swabs for the make-up, single-tipped medical applicators (like the microbiological swabs), aluminium swabs, industrial swabs and more. The tips can be made of 100% cotton or 100% synthetic or mixed fibres, the sticks of polypropylene, paper, polystyrene or wood.
ZB40AT20 is a cotton swabs packaging machine in simple sealing, drawstring or zipper foil bags.
The ZB40AT20 packaging machine is suited for the complete automatic filling of cotton swabs in foil bags. The machine is made up with a robust structure in enamelled steel and anodized aluminium.
All components in contact with the product are in stainless steel or anodized aluminium and PVC. The remaining parts are in galvanized steel.
Differently from model ZB40 and ZB40TW, this model performs all packaging operations automatically starting from the collection of each bag from the stack, opening, sealing, bag waste removal to the ejection of the end-product.
Applications: packaging of double-tipped ear-cleaning adult & baby (safety) swabs, cosmetic swabs (“Blade” type only) in polyethylene simple, zip-lock and drawstring foil bags.
