CF1 is a cotton swabs manufacturing machine with pre-packaging unit and cd packaging turntable system.
By specific kit conversion units, this machine can manufacture not only double-tipped ear-cleaning adult & baby (safety) swabs, but also cosmetic swabs for the make-up, single-tipped medical applicators (like the microbiological swabs), aluminium swabs, industrial swabs and more. The tips can be made of 100% cotton or 100% synthetic or mixed fibres, the sticks of polypropylene, paper, polystyrene or wood.

After the manufacturing and tips drying processes have been performed, the ear buds are placed horizontally in overlapped layers on proper PVC “cups” assembled on the disc, in turn fixed on a rotating driving unit. By a gloved hand, the operator picks up the “bunch” of swabs, turns his hand 90°, introduce the ear buds in the round box then applies and finally fixes each cap.
CB90 is a cotton swabs packaging machine in cylindrical containers
It is suited for the complete automatic filling of cotton swabs in cylindrical containers. The machine is made up with a robust structure in enamelled steel and anodized aluminium. All components in contact with the product are in stainless steel, anodized aluminium and PVC. The remaining parts are in galvanized steel.
