I just want to say thank you so much for posting this video. I learned so much for it. I just have some questions for you. Do you know anything about bariatric Fusion? I was told that it has all the vitamins and minerals you need. Why not take that instead of taking multiple pill/chew/strips? I'm just trying to figure out what to take and save tons of money (i have 3 children). And best of luck on your journey. You're gonna do great. 🙌🏽💪🏼 can't wait to see more blogs.

Thank you so much for watching!! I am glad I am being helpful for someone!!
I don’t know anything about Bariatric Fusion but doing a quick glance at their website you can use their multivitamin at $25 a month ($300 a year), they don’t state if the calcium in their multivitamins is citrate (we need citrate not carbonate), but I assume it is. I was able to shave my vitamins down to $250 a year but we will see how convenient it is post surgery. Although, I have always been told never take your calcium and multivitamins together because the iron, zinc, and magnesium prevent it from being absorbed especially in RNY patients. Have your doctor take a look and they can let you know for sure.
What I did find is you can buy calcium citrate powder really cheap and if you get a good quality one (I buy Bulk Supplements brand on Amazon) you can mix it into anything and it dissolves really well.
For me I like saving a buck over convenience but it may change after surgery. If you can afford the extra $50 for the convenience go for it!! Just be careful to get your calcium, last think you want is brittle bones and rotting teeth!!
Just like my taste in protein replacement meal shakes may change as well so I have bought a wide variety of bars, powders, and liquid (waters and shakes). So I have a point of reference. I figured the same will happen with the vitamins.
I am working through the sample pack that Syntrax makes and hope to have a breakdown of all the flavors in the future. As well.
Once I have surgery I will go through my multivitamins and tell everyone what is working and what isn’t.
      Thanks again for watching!!
