Plus "never gonna give" is heard elsewhere through the mashup.
This is an amazing mashup & one of the best i've ever heard, & I've about 10 gig of them, among the 50 gig of music on my PC.
By the way, as Blade Guy didn't complete his last word, & just put exis-, I'm pretty sure he means this is a perfect mashup. When don't complete a sentence, it can often mean like "oh wait", so actually saying opposite

It feels like the two songs make a story. That of an ex lover reflecting, thinking of somebody they used to know, remembering the time they were together, and told eachother that they would never give them up. Feeling relieved that those days were over, but sad that it had to end the way it did, that they'd have their friends collect their records and then change their number. That they'd stoop so low.
