Simply Standoffs are made from US sourced material and manufactured at our facility in Reno Nevada with the same Gyford quality you’ve come to depend on. These standoffs have a course machine finish and install differently than traditional Gyford Standoffs. Installation is done by driving an oval head screw into a thru-hole barrel, before anchoring to the mounting surface. Simply Standoffs are available in 1/2”, 3/4”, 1” (Length & Diameter) and are stocked in Raw Aluminum Finish, Matte Silver, Matte Gold, and Black. Use a longer Phillips Shank Bit to reach the barrel’s base and save installation times.
Included in your kit: White nylon expanding anchors for drywall or masonry,
1-1/4” oval head screws, 5/16”-18 connecting studs, and mounting instructions.

can you drill through your print once it's been mounted or will it tear apart in the back?

I would like to think you can drill thru the print. The hardware will cover any rough edges made by the drill bit.
