Breathing in all that old dust can cause permanent lung damage. I had a friend die from fungus spores getting in her lungs . By the time they figured out what was wrong, they thought cancer first, it was too late. She went from a fully independent woman, running her horse farm to a wheelchair and nursing home in about 6 months, she died a few months later.

hello and thank you for this video which shows us the progress for the renovation of the house. Frankly, congratulations to Tolya for his enormous work because he did a lot of things alone in a month! Floor removal is very difficult and extremely time-consuming according to many people. Now, I think he did really well for a person who is not a construction worker, a carpenter or a mason. He also knew how to handle the electricity and the plumbing!
Besides, congratulations to the neighbor for helping you sometimes because it's really nice. There are far less generous neighbors who would have just stared like old gossip instead of helping.
I really like your windows too because they are very pretty and seem to bring in a lot of light. Finally, we see that your husband is really a very nice person because he thought of taking your cat with him to take care of the kitty instead of entrusting it to a neighbor. By the way, we no longer see your rats in your videos: how are they? I hope there are no cohabitation problems between your rats, your cat and your friends' cat since you moved to Tbilisi.

WOOHOO, Vika, Tolya, neighbors, Kitty and chickens! ^5 I know it might not be where you hoped it would from your original schedule at time of purchase, but that's actually an amazing amount of progress for mostly one guy finding his way as he goes along, and his diligent feline supervisor. The chickens had good reason to take a peek and admire it. Very nice windows! Be proud, Tolya and Kitty. Blessed be, all. 💖💖💖

I love this kind of stuff...just can't afford much home reno here on my own. I also just want to get out of the states...dealing with a bi polar ex wife is no fun. I'm not surprised about almost everything being in bad condition (e.g. the floors) as I guessed this, but I just wonder if it's not more cost effective to just get a newer house? Yes it was cheap but there's a reason for that, and you'll need to spend so much more renovating it to a high enough standard. It seems like it's only the shell that you can keep.

Tolya is doing a great job - he has worked so hard and NOT an easy job to do alone. What a great personality he has. Well done, Tolya. You guys and your two lovely daughters are going to be very happy there when it is done…and all the hard work and having to be away from each other will be worth all the effort❤️ XX ** Just a PS…..Any chance of getting Tolya one of those extra good face masks - to prevent him breathing in all that dust from the bricks? I only mention it because my lovely Dad , died of lung cancer - possibly from things he breathed in doing similar work to Tolya and “possibly breathing only a small amount of masonry an such dusts”. Not to be a scare monger….just a loving suggestion to safeguard him XXX
