So.. Alcina is basicly invincible unless you have the Dagger of Deaths Flower, as thats the only thing that can hurt her. She had durability because of her invincibility to atualy sustaining serious damage.

The blade your refering to is The Dagger of Deaths Flowers, Being created in the Middle-Ages with silver and infused with mulitple toxins from all over the Eurasian continent, created to kill demons and Monsters. As the only thing that can hurt/kill Dimitrescu was that blade, she hid it away in the most protected part of her Castle, that being the family crept.

Ok I'll give lady d some of those points. But if we are going off nemesis (the good nemesis, aka og because the remake is absolute trash) nemesis is one of the strongest enemies in RE history. Runs faster than your sprint, incredible strength to the point he throws people around like their toys, intelligent enough to have a real personality and even ambush you or try to flee if he takes to much damage (in his one boss fight) nemesis is ment to be the perfect bioweapon. Ms D is powerful yes but she ain't keeping up with nemesis. It took a experimental rail cannon that was designed to kill G mutants to put that bastard down. And it took 2 shots. And that was after a entire game of Jill putting thousands of bullets into him. Nemesis is definitely a contender for one of the best bioweapons in resident evil history.

That dagger made her lose her immortality, If it had not been for that dagger, Ethan would never have defeated her. She is practically immortal and can regenerate thousands of deep wounds in seconds. That dagger is comparable to the weapon that Jill used to defeat Nemesis.
