    Thank you so much for sharing your story. I appreciate it, as most of the videos uploaded on RUclips are in Hindi or Malayalam. I'm so glad this came up in my feed. You did a fantastic job, and it's inspiring to see you pursue your journey as an RN in the UK rather than in India, where nurses are often underrated.
    Having said that,
    1.) Could you please confirm whether you completed GNM or BSc?
    2.) I am currently pursuing GNM. Is it really mandatory to get one year of experience in India before moving abroad?
    3.) Additionally, with the upcoming elections in the UK, there are rumors that the country is trying to reduce the number of immigrant nurses and instead plans to train more nurses domestically. How accurate is this information?

    Can i take experience in psychiatric ward. because I'm very keen to learn about this but here is one problem i completed my graduation in 2022 and I don't have any experience so can i start with this. Firstly I have to gain experience for uk...

      Some of the trust are considering fresher as well check with agency you want to apply or it’s better take at-least 6 months of experience.

      You have to apply as a mental health RN first and then after coming to uk either get deployed there or apply here while working as mental health nurse.

    Pls help me. Im a professor. I Have total 16 years teaching experience. after Msc nursing in mental health l hv 12 years teaching experience. Im looking for Uk for my 7 years old son education. I m 42 years old. Can agency produce Clinical experience for me to show trust to count my Clinical experience. Pls reply me

      MSc (Psychiatry) with min. 10 months of clinical/Teaching exp. in Psychiatry is what most of the trust considering. So apply with your teaching experience they will consider you as you have msc degree as well

      I came through IITR, it’s a government agency they don’t charge any fee.

      No bond to be made, you can change your department anytime.
      But you have registered as mental health nurse in UK
      You only have to work in this field.

      It’s easy as compared to adult nursing as there are less skills or practical work and more communication.

      I have a question i am final yr BSC nsg student currently preparing for norcet, can you please explain about choosing in between abroad and government jobs for a mid range English speakers , it's so confusing for me now, also iam preparing for norcet in collecting form to gain professional knowledge.. keeping my abroad dream as long term future plan ( also for uk experience is mandatory...) ..
      I think you will understand what I am trying to say .. ..plz suggest some advices 🙏🏻

      @@courageousnurses yes and no if you want to become a nurse from overseas there are other simpler route available
      But msc nursing in other field might help you grow in your career if you do that from UK
