Hey Megan! Here is my Happy Salmoning Recipe: Salmon glazed in Coconut Oil, salt pepper and Lemon slices. Bake in the oven and serve with Asparagas (Also covered in coconut oil, salt and pepper). Love your videos! Keep it up!
Made this, it was so easy and my family loved it. One side note: when you cook salmon from frozen, for some reason, I guess it’s the fat, turns white and rises to the surface. It doesn’t bother me but it does make it look a little less appealing. Still yummy tho!

You put garlic, lemon pepper and Cayanne pepper then your favorite BBQ sauce. You wait until it's cooked for 10 mins before adding the BBQ sauce !! But this is a banger !!

Hi Megan Mitchell, FYI: Make this Great paste that should stay on even frozen surfaces. Feel free to add your own ingredients to the ground Chia Seeds like wine, limoncello, grand Marnier, fresh or dry herbs, and spices. 2 Tablespoons of ground Chia seeds, 3 Tablespoons of yellow mustard, 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 Tablespoon of Braggs Aminos, 2 teaspoons of Old Bay, a pinch of cayenne pepper, teaspoon of dill, teaspoon of basil, teaspoon rosemary, 1 teaspoon of Sacred 7 - Mushroom Extract Powder - Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Maitake, Reishi, Shiitake & Turkey Tail - Organic Herbal Nootropic. Mix well and then use a spoon to coat the paste on the frozen salmon. Cook longer to get nice veggie char and plump flavorful salmon pieces. Enjoy! Please Note: Be sure to place Reynolds no-stick aluminum foil on the bottom of the baking sheet.

My favorite way to do salmon is just season it, I usually like to use a little garlic and paprika or a smoked hot a Hungarian paprika and then cut it into chunks and wrap it in Half a strip of thin bacon and grill it on a skewer. Superfast super easy you can dip it in just about any sauce, a little barbecue sauce on it is good and you don’t smell up your house with fish. Lol.
lol where did you learn that? Olive oil is perfect for baking; you must be thinking of deep drying. I always bake roasted new potatoes covered in olive oil and seasoning, and they come out nice and crispy. If I used butter, it will tenderize and make the potatoes soggy.

Great recipe but Tom D would be disappointed... Olive oil has a smoke point of 410 F. Avocado oil on the other hand, is good till 520 F.

I find that if I only cook at 400 instead of 425 and five minutes less than the recipe calls for, it comes out pretty moist.

Not sure olive oil is suitable for high temperature cooking. Coconut oil or butter are more stable at high heat. Otherwise a great video.
