FINALLY someone who doesn't use some custom spice mix they are trying to sell and who has a simple recipe that they explain well. This sounds great. I'll start my salmon defrosting for tomorrow now.
Salmon should be done in just another few minutes!
Thank you so much for showing how to cook salmon when it’s frozen in the air fryer. Every now and then I’ll forget to thaw fillets and don’t get out of work and finish my workouts until late evening so this video was helpful for when I’m in a pinch.
Came back to say thanks! I got some frozen Mahi Mahi, thawed it in warm water for 30 mins, seasoned and air fried for 10 mins at 400 and viola, most delicious post-workout meal ever.
So glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for letting me know!
Simple and nicely flavoured. I like it.
Love the salmon! Looking foward to more air fryer recipes. Thank you!
Thanks! I'll be sure to share more soon!
Thank you I know I’m a kid but you taught me a lesson how to make better salmon
Same bout to make me sum rn
Great recipe. Thanks for getting right to the point without a bunch of silly pet scenes, dumb jokes, family stuff, just pure cooking. Definitely making this tonight. Most cooking videos can be as short and to the point as this one if they would just knock off that useless stuff. Great job!
Thanks, Danny! Hope you enjoy the salmon!
She did an excellent job except for the poison. She sprayed inside her air fryer. Then people wonder why they get cancer. Have you ever used the Spray bottle of oil? Shit try it out smell the chemical that comes out of that fucking can. She did a great job except for the point showing us how to poison ourselves. And then people wonder why we get cancer. Very sensitive to this Topic don't need to go there i'm Just getting to the point without all the bullshit. Plus you don't need to spray The bottom of your air fryer. I make salmon twice a week in my air fryer. Not once has it stuck the oils from the salmon will release no need to poison anyone. And if you must use olive oil instead, buy a little Is glass spray bottle And you can fill that little bottle with fresh Olive oil. there you go, you have fresh Olive oil in a spray Bottle At. Least you know what you're spraying. Cause you filled that bottle with extra Virgin Olive oil. But I thought she did a great job. She also missed the orignore and the paprika. The mix she made was Mediterranean. It's how the Italians make their salmon.
Instant thumbs up solely for making chapters and not droning on about nonsense for 15 minutes.
I had just finished cooking salmon from your recipe. It is so good. Can't believe how easy this is. Thank you so much. 💓. Next I would love to learn cooking steak in the Air Fryer. Hoping to see your video.
Thank you for the recipe ❤️DELICIOUS!
Thank you for your great recipe. I am going to fry my salmon in my new air frier . Following your instructions.
I LOOOOOVED this video , super helpful and straight to the point

This is quite simple. I've got frozen fish fillets at home and I suppose the same way would work for them as well. Thanks for this!
Hope you'll enjoy it!

I love salmon when it's prepared just right.
very nice, yum yum. I usually sear salmon on a steel to get a nice maillard reaction but its really smokey! so this is great alternative

Very clear nicely presented. Trying fresh fillets for the first time tonight, which should be easy after watching you. Just need to convert to deg C. Thank you
awesome
Thank u
thanks
Nice thanks
If I want to cook more and put fishes on top of each other (below the max indicator of course) will they still cook even though they will have much less direct contact with the heat?
You can add any wet marinade of your choice
I bought a mini Bella 2qt air fryer I'm learning how to use it .but I have to go to utube to learn how to cook with it
Dude ur a Saint
❤️❤️ thank u
Can we change the oil to butter? Bcs the salmon is for 2yo toddler. Btw Thanks for the recipe!
I found your channel from Pinterest almond flour pancakes, and I want to know if it’s on RUclips
Ooh, perfect! I have a video coming for those next week!
Excellent can't wait to see that .
I don’t wanna be that person lol I’ve been using my air fryer quite a bit recently but comparing to the oven is it always good to be using an air fryer? It’s so easy. Thank you.
I find the air fryer to be really convenient when I don't want to heat up my big oven! It's perfect for cooking smaller servings, and I'll still use my oven when I need to make a bigger batch of something. (Like more than 1 pound of homemade French fries.)
You’re soo right
I can take an air fryer in my room but I can’t take my oven in there
Thanks for this I cook Salmon in the air fryer.
Cleaning the air fryer is such a pain. Would putting aluminum foil to put under the salmon garner the same results? Or wrapping the salmon in it? 😅
Hold up! The frozen salmon when cooked in the end was not the same as she showed , what she showed was the fresh fish results..the frozen was wider the fresh was thinner
Salmon the best for air fryer >>
I’m getting hungry 😋
Yay! Glad they're a hit!
Did you preheat your air fryer?
👍
400c 7 mins 👍🏼✨
do you use cooking oil when you cook in the air fryer?
Only the oil that I brushed on the salmon; you don't add oil to an air fryer like you would a deep fryer. The air fryer is more like a convection oven instead.
Can you use butter instead of olive oil?
Yes, I think that would be fine!
Can I put together in aer fryer salmon and one merluciu fish?
Merluccius fish
Is olive oil the only oil that you can use?
Feel free to use any cooking oil you prefer!
I thought there was no preheating for air fryers
can I use garlic powder instead?
Yes, I think that would be fine!
No. That'd ruin everything.
idk why you can eat raw salmon but need to check it while cooking ???
Sea salt is a no no . But this was good video
Why would you store the frozen salmon on top of cooked veggies in the fridge?
She was showing how to defrost overnight. 😊
I poach my salmon, put it in a frying pan, fill with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 7 mins.
Succulent. Now i’m going to try it in the air fryer.
Please name the internal temps required
The FDA says the safe internal temperature for the thickest part of the salmon should reach 145ºF. However, other cookbooks recommend cooking wild salmon to only 120ºF or it may start to dry out, so you can use your discretion with that.
i wish i could cook salmon with no oil... i try to avoid oils
Me too. I just put my salmon fillet without any oil on fish nor grate. When done, added salt and butter 😋
pre-heat the air fryer?
5min for me
1 clove of garlic
The only problem I see is that your using Farmed Atlantic Salmon which is full of antibiotics and coloring. Alaskan Wild caught and sustainable salmon is so much better for you. 😎
My air fryer is until 200 no more :(
Is that in celsius? 200ºC is pretty close to 400ºF.
@@DetoxinistaRecipes thanks youuuuuu🥰
Don’t every shop from Whole Foods !! They kill dolphins
For those people living in modern countries, 400F is 200c. carry on...
aaaaah, and also for those not in backward countries, 2 x 6 ounces is 340g
...ok, so 1.5 inches thick is about 4cm. Wow, how did you ever get to the moon?
...aaah sorry, I was going to try this, but as soon as I heard all the added salt I turned off. Salt kills you. It hardens the arteries, gives you strokes and heart attacks. Is there a healthier version of this?
You know you don’t have to “preheat” an air fryer right..?
You don't wash the fish first?🤭
No, I've heard that washing raw fish in your sink can spread germs, so I usually don't!
@@DetoxinistaRecipes so you rather eat the germs?🤭
@@chillgick8894 they’re killed when it cooks. Washing raw meat is 🤡🤡
@@chillgick8894 Cooking food at the temperatures of 165° f or higher kills the germs.
No seasoning none whatsoever no flavor
She did season it? Just not how you want it.
The USDA cautions: “do not rinse raw fish, seafood, meat, and poultry. Bacteria in these raw juices can splash and spread to other foods and surfaces. Cooking foods thoroughly will kill harmful bacteria.”
