    Sugar ko banned kyo nhi karti phir govt agar itna khatarnak hoti hai to.Kyo bik Rahi hai cheeni market mein..Aajkal har cheez mein milavat hai,sabzi,doodh,anaaz,paani...To insaan kya khaye kya piye....Jo hawa paani mein Zinda hai wahi sirf Bach sakte hai bimariyon se..aaj k time mein Har ghar mein sugar,bp,heart, kidney, thyroid k koi na koi patient hai...Yeh kyo ho raha hai is par reasearch honi chahiye.

    Dear sir, you are rightly saying that you are, what you are eating. Low fat whole food plants based diet whithout doing more processes in food preparation, is good diet for maintenaning human health and even reversal of coronary artery disease is possible with consistent daily eating this diet.

    sir there is a huge confusion in oils vegetable oils are bad for many reasons but those cold press oils and extra virgin olive oil what about them some says they are even good for heart but some says they are unhealthy for heart and they even say that nuts aren't even helathy because 90% is oil in them

    Sir what is the minimum quantity that a normal person can consume on daily basis of the sugar which is comparatively safe ?! I consume 3 table spoon of the sugar daily plus about 150 grams of biscuits along with it in 24 hours !! I walk a lot about 15000 steps a day !!

      Doesn't matter much...just stop sugar or biscuits.. 3 tea spoons is okay per day..but why biscuits ...no biscuit is safe but maybe one per day is more than enough..also matters your weight n age ..also if you have any medical condition

      Total calories from simple carbs (like sugar and maida) should be less than 5% of total calories. Biscuits is bad idea as it has maida, trans or other poor oils and sugar or salt on top of it.

    Sir I am 25 yrs old female.... My resting heart rate is usually 85- 95... But after having lunch in 30 minutes my heart rate goes up to 100-120... It stay like that for 2 hours... Is it normal sir?

      No dear, it's not normal. Please get an echo done and if that's normal start exercising for 30-40 minutes on a daily basis

      Gmo is not necessarily bad. Soy is good source of protein

      Kar sakte hain. cheat days mein definitely. Over all calories obtained from unhealthy things should be less than 10% of total

    my husband got Hodgkins Limphoma relapsed at the age of 60 hving high bp & cholestrol no diabetes
    he has been recommended Bone marrow transplant by 2/3 medical onchologist
    I need ur second opinion if psble
    whether he shud do it or not as dr.has already given guaranty of no recurrence only of 50%
