This game reminds me a bit of Kingdom New Lands, a game that I really enjoyed. I'm loving the art style and the building and expanding mechanics are fun. Who wants to see more!? Where you at Brigade!?

Baron a quick suggestion is to not switch people around from workers to guards as much but instead leave some as guards and leave the rest as workers so that everyone is always well rested

Baron, chill. Leave a few villagers as guards so they sleep during the day. Don't keep changing their job, and keep an eye on their attribute.
