Afternoon from…. Brighton! It’s a great city, mean it’s like any place you live in, you see the good and bad sides of it! I remember the sealife centre being the dolphin aquarium (mean back in the late 1980’s 😂)
Hiya boys , well the weather looks exactly like here🙄 you either laugh about it or go crazy....Brighton looks very busy ,but also interesting ,the palace looks very much like from the aladin fairytale, very grand....seems you've had a lovely time facing the weather.Love this video thank you😍 greetings from sunny hamburg(only two days , managed a day at the seaside.. yeah🎉)
I saw a special on the Royal Pavillion a few years ago that said it was slowly eroding away because it was made of sandstone. So they have to keep adding new sandstone to it. Random fact! Haha, another fantastic video guys! 😊
Just discovered this channel, as I used to live in Brighton - looks like a lot of fun. Checking out some of your other videos. Also - I think I have a bit of a crush on Josh...
Globalls looks so much fun, and it’s good to see you’re getting in the practice for next time you play Harry lol. I’ve always wanted to go on the electric railway in Brighton..need to make sure Ido it on our next trip. Another great vlog xx
Another fab video. We have been on i360 and on a clear day it is good. Wouldn’t waste money on a rainy day/ misty day. Just nearby on opposite side of road, heading back to pier is a fantastic Greek restaurant and not very expensive. The VER looked interesting, definitely on my list to do next time in Brighton. Thanks guys, keep up the good work
Brighton looks cool, it had been on my list for visiting the UK, but Bristol fit our trip better. I loved Bristol, such a cool, young, yet real city. Best city I visited in on my trip. But I still really want to go to Brighton and this video just encouraged me.
Great video of modern day Brighton! I was really looking forward to you eating donuts, even in that weather, but you didnt find any! But you went to so many cool places that i didnt see a few years ago and was definitely not around 30 years ago. I loved Globals, the electric vintage train, the upside down house and i bet the fisherman museum must have been great when open. The tower thing definitely feels like a rip off and charging £1 to get on the pier is a very good business idea! Whoever thought of that is probably a millionaire now! You guys should try and check out Hastings next.
Hi guys. Just a question, when you both stayed at the Hampton by Hilton at Gatwick , how long did you have to wait until you could choose your room? And also to check in? I have the Honors app but it doesn’t have the choice to request your room. Btw I love your vlogs you are so funny and very informative with all your destinations you go to. Many thanks Christine.
Hi Guys a short but very busy video even though the weather was not on your side!! Globalls not for me it made me feel woozy just watching both of you 😅 best bit for me was the upside down house must give that a try when we finally get to Brighton !! Definitely think its ok to pay a £1 to go on the pier to ensure the upkeep of these wonderful victorian constructions!! Now im going to watch your visit to Bristol 👍 oh have you ever thought of visiting Bath?
@@brigidsingleton1596 yeah you are correct they have been to bath 👍 as a new subscriber I haven't quite got around to catching up with all their videos 😊
I visited Brighton a few years ago and loved it there, thanks for the trip down memory lane. We went in the Upside Down House in Southsea and it was exactly the same so don’t ever pay to go in one again (it was a bit overpriced, wasn’t it)
Hi guys I notice you have the DJI magnets, so I’m assuming you have the actual mic on the other side? Does that not interfere with the sound or is it all good?
In most settings it’s all good as long as it’s not under 5 layers of clothes 😂 unfortunately our wind muffs have broken so we use that as a way to reduce wind noise. We have some new mics coming though 👍🏻
I am so glad I discovered your channel I have been binge watching. Such up beat videos and so informative and fun we just love hanging around with you guys. Well done. 😊
I have been to Brighton a few times with my wife. The first time we went out to a pub one evening, Mrs B was really appreciating the male attention she was receiving, until she realised that the attention was directed at me. Sorry Dear! Of course Brighton is the city Ren/The Big Push busked in. Keep Reacting!
Great video, chaps. I always have mixed feelings about Brighton when I visit. I understand the "Britain's COOLEST city" label, but it frequently steps over the line in to "Britain's WANKIEST city". There's cool and there's pretentious and overpriced and Brighton has a foot in both camps. The older architecture is very cool as is some of the modern architecture. The Lanes is mostly full of self-important and needlessly expensive shops and, although it is pebbly, the beach is actually very nice. It just tries a little bit too hard to appear cool to actually BE cool. To be fair, I think my attitude towards Brighton is informed by how Yorkshire ('ow bloody much!?) or how metropolitan I'm feeling at the time. I will still go back if I am in the vicinity, but I wouldn't say it's worth the journey from Yorkshire just for a visit. Thanks for another entertaining show.
Couldn’t agree more with the statement! Even aa a local its a very meh city! Dont get me wrong some great things to see and do, but at the same time things could be done to make it great again (yes I understand lots of factors)
Guys I'm not gonna lie but I am a little bit disappointed that for a gay couple you never mentioned that Brighton has a big gay population & is very gay friendly. I think it was at the very least worthy of a mention.
Being that I am from Brighton my opinion is going to be positive towards Brighton. Of course we have bad parts, the homeless, the beggars, the chavs, the drunken behaviour of some people but then again even a nice little village in a middle of Noah’s a drunken old fool. And I have lived in a number of places and been around the world so compared to other places in the UK Brighton is the best, in the whole world no, a can think of lots of places which are better then Brighton but I am happy that I live in Brighton and not in somewhere like Hull sorry Hull
I’m a Brightonian and love living here. I genuinely don’t know anywhere else like it in the UK. It’s an amazing place.
Thanks for another great video, its very informative and you both always have fun, keep the videos coming. I look forward to the next one

It’s definitely a fun day trip destination, even a weekend but yes living in a place is always different!
I will get to Brighton one day! It looks so vibrant and colourful, thanks for the look around! 😊😊
Brighton is a great place to walk around. The South Lane are better than the North Lanes.
Always entertaining, well done guys!!!

2 of my fave RUclips humans in my home town ❤ I love it!
Globalls looked so fun! That wasn’t there when I was living there.
Need to visit now :)

Excellent informative Video
Another great video guys! If you go back to Brighton, the Brighton Pavillion (although not cheap) is definitely worth viewing (so much to see).
Good to know! Thank you ☺️

Brighton ok but bloody expensive.by the way another great vlog 👍
Hello @JJ Extra I had the best fish and ships on the pier in Brighton.
Thanks for the tip!
I have been to Brighton a few times with my wife. The first time we went out to a pub one evening, Mrs B was really appreciating the male attention she was receiving, until she realised that the attention was directed at me. Sorry Dear!

Ouch. That's a pricey Coke Zero.
Tell us about it 😅
£3.70 for a croissant!?!?😱😱😱 - Oh rip-off! 😉
We were so eager to get out of the rain we didn’t even really pay attention to the prices at the time 😂
@@JJExtra 🩷💛💚 Definitely the rain tax!
Great video, chaps.

We can see that, it is a cool place but equally some of the prices are London levels. Takes “London by the sea” a bit too far 😂
Nothing I'd actually consider unique about Brighton these days. Lovely place to visit though.
Not worth 17.50 to go up the Tower!
Good vlog the golf was very pysicadelic 😁Britain's coolest city not sure on that One deffo a very overpriced place as i found out myself 🍻
Guys I'm not gonna lie but I am a little bit disappointed that for a gay couple you never mentioned that Brighton has a big gay population & is very gay friendly. I think it was at the very least worthy of a mention.
Doesn’t need to be mentioned, everybody knows Brighton has a huge gay population.
Please stop, no one cares. Being gay might be your biggest achievement but its not a tourist attraction.

You’re right everywhere has its good and bad parts. It’s easy to dwell on the bad but Brighton definitely has plenty to be proud of!
