Where is it where Adonai commands us to light the Hanukkah candles? I can't find it in the Book of Maccabees or Torah. Do you know?

There is no explicit command to light Hanukkah candles in the Tanak. Same with the Shabbat candles. There is no explicit command to light Shabbat candles. It is a tradition.

@Lucas-fo8ci My family has always said that WE are the light of Shabbat. No candles in the diaspora.
