    You go girl!! Thanks for sharing this! I've always wanted to get one of those scales, I'm curious as to what my body fat % is! I remember using one in undergrad for like an anthropometric workshop and I've always wanted one since! Great video xo

      Thanks Becca!😘 the ones we use in school are way more accurate but these types of scales are way more affordable and do the job.

    Thank you so much for this! I will try this, I usually do cardio and abs, legs and arms separately. I will try to combine the two because it's seems like a lot more fun, and I will end up doing more of both exercises (I do cardio twice a week and once a week the rest.) thanx for sharing!

    Thanks for sharing! I'm always looking for different ways to incorporate more strength training into my workouts. One question for you: how long does this routine usually take & how often do you workout each week? I'm getting that scale!! :-)

      I try to get this routine done in 1 hour, which is nice because it keeps me going and doesn't allow for long beaks. I try to workout at least 3x per week. On a good week, I'll add classes or walks as extra days.
