5:10 "1 million respect to the producer, his creativity is off the chart" pls why did I feel so proud hearing that 😭 let's go 3racha & Hot Sauce world domination ⚡
I dont understand most of the things u guys say cause I dont have a lot of knowledge bout music but boi I LOOOVE watching all the videos u guyz put out. I feel like Im learning things. I listen kpop songs more focused now cause I love watching your videos and go" yoo I noticed that too". Thank u sooo much for the amazing work, u guys are great!

This song is short but it packs a lot of variations, tricks, and magical moments. It has skz trademark/formula but not a copy paste. I really like what the arrangers did to leave blanks, add and subtract, and changing up rhythm with various sound samples. 3racha become more mature and sophisticated with their producing skill is thrilling to “hear” with each album and track. Chan said that his fave skz song is hellevator because it announced skz’s arrival. I’d say it’s his nostalgic speaking. Sorikkun is a lot more intricate and sonically interesting.
All the compliments about Changbin are making me so happy. This man is super talented and an incredible performer, so seeing him getting the recognition he deserves is amazing.
ReacttotheK being the main reason I've started to pay closer attention to the track and thus my quality of music listening improving and thereby my quality of LIFE IMPROVING!
Omg being MAMA the most important award still, what you wrote is my dream! Just like in the MV and with live instruments, it would be amazing and my heart isn't ready.
Yeah I love how you are able to break it down in detail and know what exactly you are saying. I was really frustrated when I saw some haters making fun of Changbin's rap, because as someone who dabbled in music before, I can definitely tell he is on beat, but I simply cannot put into a legit explanation. Having someone who knows this craft comment on how impressive that was is really relieving. Thank you for this awesome reaction!
I think some people (if they're being honest and not just an anti looking for criticisms) don't realize that he's imitating a different style - a pansori singer. The musicians here picked it up and almost every Korean or Korean-American reactor I've seen recognized it
I agree with the rap parts, their beats, flow, their amazing breath control, the clarity. 3racha are so amazing in producing. They do not get recognized enough for their musicality.
When you guys explained about Changbin's fast and clear rapping, now I can't stop thinking about it and the insight you shared. when I first listened to Stray Kid's music, one thing that stuck out to me was how fast the rappers were. Now I'm obsessed with his rapping in this song lol
I actually made a comment about Changbin’s rapping the other day. Someone had said “he doesn’t need air”. But I made the point he is so skilled he knows exactly when to breathe and how much air he needs to take in in order to complete his next pass. So take into account his speed, diction, vocal quality (which I happen to like very much, I know some may not) and breath control…in my opinion makes him one of the most talented rappers in kpop currently if not ever. Plus he sings really well. We don’t get to hear him sing enough. Also I love Jason and Henry’s breakdowns. They speak my language.
I think the comments about the different timbres of their voices are right on the money. Just as I can easily differentiate the rappers in BTS or Brockhampton, the different rappers in Stray Kids bring their own feel to their sections. Han has a comparatively light and smooth voice, Changbin has a rough and aggressive one, Felix has deep and commanding one, and Hyunjin has a sharper and punchier one.
Praising Han for his speed and clarity is my kink. He's so underrated and I dont understand why because he's so versatile and you can hear all his syllables lmao. It's so impressive how much he and changbin understand phrasing and how advantageous it is in korean
I loved the reaction, it's always nice to see you break things down. Guys don't miss the ending blooper, it's good I promise. 17:09 Poor Kevin just took a sip
A reaction to the STRAY KINGS??? yoooooo Been looking forward to this reaction, since the reactors always point out cool musicality elements reflective of 3racha's artistry, and I know Chan has mentioned multiple times how he appreciates this channel's reactions :')
I love how well you broke down the song and the instruments and everything in between. You really made it different expereience listening to this song (and honestly kpop in general). I came to appreciate how much work goes into song production. Thanks ReactToTheK team and thank you Umu 🩷
I hope Chan tells us on his next live on which parts of the instrumentals he contributed, as he is the co-arranger, I think the horn sound must be his doing :D your analysis on the drums was so interesting, I'll pay attention to that more now. Shout out to HotSauce and 3RACHA. Also thanks for this reaction, I saw that Domino is on your "can't decide" list, hope you react to that too haha
I wrote a comment under Red Lights saying that I loved how skz know how to play with silence, I’m so glad I’m not the only one who notices that detail in their music! Love this, thank you all for the reaction! And amazing editing as always Umu 💕
I am officially adding "bumps" and "bumping" to my music vocabulary. I might be a Jason fan now bc he speaks my lingo. And that Felix stan, the edited blush was great 😂
Thankyou so much for pointing out changbin’s unique rap part!! There were so many comments trashing him saying he was rapping off beat and that he isnt good in rapping. Dude! He is one of the best rappers in kpop 4th gen!
I really enjoy these type of “technical” reaction videos the most…where you have many listeners who break down the music in interesting ways. There are lot of RUclipsrs reacting to Kpop these days but you guys are different. I appreciate your view point as Classical Musicians and how you see Kpop Music through that lens. I also enjoy how you carefully explain what you guys are talking about too as I’m not a musician and don’t speak your “language”. Please continue to do more of these “technical” reactions as I learn a lot from you guys each and everytime. Thanks again and keep up the great work!
i agree. I think a lot of people discredit fast rappers, saying that they don;t have skills or flow, but I think being able to rap that fast is part of being a talented rapper.
CMR is a group of Stays now! We love to see it. Also: Hi Chris, hope you enjoyed the video and them talking about how great the producer of the song is ;)
Thank you soo much Umu for explaining the Korean title. And thank you guys for recognising the Korean traditional instruments in the song. I am a fan of Korean traditional music and instruments, I am actually learning Samulnori and my main instrument is the Kwenggwari, so I am sooo happy to have the instruments mentioned and highlighted.
Thanks @reacttotheK team and Umu. After watching the reaction vid, I'm hearing things clearly like the "car horns" which does not ring a bell when I listen Thunderous for many times.. And really appreciate SKZ ingenuity in terms of there music like when you explain how hard the "1,2,3.... 1,2,3.... 1,2,3,4,5...." ..
Omg I love this so much, the song and the beat is so catchy and I love the raps and vocals. For me Felix (my bias) just slayed his part. The choreo is on point like always and I'm just in love with the entire thing words can't begin to describe how I'm feeling about this song. This song is such a hype and really gets me dancing and singing/rapping along. #StrayKidsWorldDomintion

I learn soooo much about Stray Kids style and music in general watching these reactions, you guys are awesome! And as a Stay I'm always amazed at how creative and innovative the boys are, but watching classical musicians say this with authority makes you realize how amazing SKZ is!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
React to the K always make me fall in love with the music I loved twice (and even more). Always..and forever grateful for this channel, producer, reactor, editor, everyone in this channel for your hardwork making all this happened 😆 Thank you so much!
Stray Kids actually climb on my top 5 stan list because of their music. I am loving all their new releases. They finally found their music. And oh the rappers😎
I am just someone who loves music and I think Thunderous is a masterpiece. One, for how they were able to convey their message. Two, for the instruments esp. the traditional ones. They stayed true to their culture, better yet highlighted it as they try to define their kind of music. Then there is the concept in the production, and the choreography. I love Stray Kids for their passion in making and advancing beautiful music.
I love how you guys admiring the opening rap and explain why that is so cool and impressive. Your explanations still make sense for someone who don't really learn about music, and- ah i remember, how you showed explanation of the beat with instrument, that's made me realised something that i didn't notice before. Thankyou!
When i hear this song, one thought always comes in my mind: all of the sounds in Thunderous are sounds that I've never heard from not only kpop but music in general for sure. And when i mean all of the sounds i mean EVERYTHING. LESSGO SKZ!!!
I love your reactions to STZ because it makes me appreciate how incredible 3RACHA and STZ are and I am always looking for people who appreciate their music on a deeper level like you. Thank you for your content. 👍
I love chans high harmony in the back the most and second the kinda double on felixs voice at the "wassoyo" (sorry I don't rly know what he sang there"
What I'll never understand is why people keep hating on Skz in every comeback then will now say they preferred the old tt to the new one they release. They've been doing that to Skz since their debut. Did it with God's menu and Back door, now with Thunderous. I just couldn't stand people saying their songs sound the same and repetitive, I'm like don't you people have ears? The artistry and evolution of Skz discography is top tier in every sense of that word. Skz members are all-rounders, and they've all been improving in every of their aspects, you can obviously see it with this album, they keep raising the bar for creativity. Listening to the Noeasy Album really made me be thankful and grateful that I found these guys since Miroh era. They all are evolving so well and Thunderous was just the right title track. Even the track listing was so well done, the transitions between each track feels like a story and journey. You're bopping to clapping back at 'em haters in part 1, part 2 crying and being emosh, part 3 bopping and feeling sexy, and part 4 back to being emosh. Just so damn good. I can't wait to see 8 year old Skz, I totally appreciate their artistry, they're one of a kind. If you made it this far, my apologies for the epistle🤭 and thank you React to the K for always making me love a track 100 times more than I already did.
Honestly, skz never changed their genre cus they're the genre HAHA i mean.. As someone who has been with skz, they never changed though, the style, the vibes it's still them up until now, but ofc in different ways for each songs. I could say that they've improved ALOT in producing TT
@@mooncolde Yes, they're their own genre. They've evolved but their style and vibes have always been the same. I can totally tell something is Skz related just by hearing it of seeing a picture related to the visual, I just love their consistency
Ever since I found your channel, I have anticipated this reaction so much I was thinking I will be waiting for days but I'm not disappointed. I love how real musicians react to the songs. I have so much respect! Please mention next time who among the reactors are now certified stay. Thank you.
I haven't realized how much I've learned from these reactions until i was trying to explain something I noticed in a song to my sister... Thank you these videos are so helpful and entertaining too
I’ve been patiently waiting for this reaction to come, and I’m not dissapointed with it. Also, it is nice to see the new reactors. Looking forward for their reaction on this channel, and their journey with kpop music ✨✨
Thank you for reacting again to Stray Kids. The way that the music is broken down is so interesting to listen too (pun intended). It is amazing the way 3racha (BangChan, Seo Changbin and Han Jisung) work together with their producer (in the JYP pool of talent) but knowing Chan he along with the other two were in the studio actively involved in the entire music production process. Just a little note about some basics: -"The drum used is called The janggu (Korean: 장구, also transliterated as janggo or changgo) or sometimes called seyogo (slim waist drum) is the most representative drum in traditional Korean music" [thank you Google]. The use of the Buk (another drum used in tradtional music). -The central themes are - signified in the opening via animation- the KZS are the legendary mythological creatures called Dokkaeb (goblins) who have come down from above to earth (the reason that you see blue flames above their heads) and a general statement to those who in their beginnings called them 'noise music'. They did wonders blending the new and traditional (many of the traditional instruments were used in the sound track) music styles giving this a unique sound even in Kpop circles. A -Also integrated the Taekkyon martial art's style into their dance performance. Again, thank you, truly look forward to each reaction the musician's give to the KZS.
Yay... new people welcome to the fam! Raffi is my spirit animal. Cloud at the hahah was me when I saw this mv first time. Just lay people like me learning musical terminology on here is awesome.

I always love learning more about 3racha's work, thank you so much for this!
Wow this song is so much more technical than i realized.
I love how you guys admiring the opening rap and explain why that is so cool and impressive. Your explanations still make sense for someone who don't really learn about music, and- ah i remember, how you showed explanation of the beat with instrument, that's made me realised something that i didn't notice before. Thankyou!
Thunderous is a BOP
I got an ad for Winter Falls for this video.
Did I skip? No. Did I watch the entire 4:00 minutes? Hell Yes!
When i hear this song, one thought always comes in my mind:
all of the sounds in Thunderous are sounds that I've never heard from not only kpop but music in general for sure.
I love chans high harmony in the back the most and second the kinda double on felixs voice at the "wassoyo" (sorry I don't rly know what he sang there"
It's true that this song always makes me in awe like I heard it for first time
I love when you guys react to Stray Kids, It's so satifying cause Skz songs are so insane !!!
the person at the end trying to figure out why it bops- I SALUTE YOU
What I'll never understand is why people keep hating on Skz in every comeback then will now say they preferred the old tt to the new one they release.
Thank you these videos are so helpful and entertaining too
I love everytime you guys react to SKZ's songs
I’ve been patiently waiting for this reaction to come, and I’m not dissapointed with it. Also, it is nice to see the new reactors. Looking forward for their reaction on this channel, and their journey with kpop music ✨✨
thunderous is a masterpiece, and it really feels like a festival song. thanks for reacting! stays really enjoy your videos :)
Just a little note about some basics:
-"The drum used is called The janggu (Korean: 장구, also transliterated as janggo or changgo) or sometimes called seyogo (slim waist drum) is the most representative drum in traditional Korean music" [thank you Google].
-Also integrated the Taekkyon martial art's style into their dance performance.
Again, thank you, truly look forward to each reaction the musician's give to the KZS.
