i feel like 3racha's process on music creation starts with a dot then gradually expanding that dot into a whole painting if that makes sense. It's like, they will use one sound or object as the core and then expand that core by cooking it up, combining, layering it with a more complex beats in the same range and then interchanging one another to create a more complex sounds but still within the core. I hope i'm making sense. And i love that they use actual sounds of things from the environment.

I watch so many reacttothek vids but this is one of those amazing ones that really makes me appreciate the song even more. I can also picture Chan’s little giggle smile watching this video.
ReacttotheK reaction videos are always one of my most anticipated reaction videos whenever a group I like has a new release. Its amazing how you guys can break down the song in such a short time and come up with new interpretations of different parts of the song. I watched all of your skz reactions (and rewatch them every now and then too) and I feel so oddly proud (?) to see how much this channel has grown just from that time. Thank you for the time and efforts you guys put into these videos!!
I really wanna see the musicians reacts to venom, freeze and charmer 😭 i really enjoyed how they went deep with every sound that i wanna hear it again with the other songs in the album.
Omg I've never been so EARLY. Hyunjin slayed this so hard. Also, I loved your bird-and-drill edits 🤣 got me snorting so hard lol EDIT: Jason seems tired. Is he ok?
I've watched the MV dozens (if not hundreds) of times, but I didn't realize until it was in a tiny video on my phone even tinier that a couple members are clipping CG thread with their choreo in the MV (specifically Felix)
13:30-14:10 is probably my favorite part of this because it feels like he's concisely highlighting one of the most distinct and satisfying characteristics (for me) of SKZ's overall approach to music. It's _not_ safe. It's _not_ standard. There's risk in deviating from the norm. And they not only make it work, but embrace is and make it a core element of their sound.
Thank you for reacting to stray kids! I would love to see more reactions to other recent releases like venom, freeze, lonely st, and especially charmer!
Can wait for Chan to see this breakdown!!!! Also I think the abrupt ending is a creative choice that has a meaning because most of their songs on the album also ends abruptly..almost leaving you on a cliffhanger....also fun fact, the bird sound represents someone being a maniac/crazy(visually and sonically bird sounds used in movies and animation represent someone being crazy like the cuckoo bird)
I love the reactions, as always. I especially like how Jason react to this, not only about the musical aspect but also the whole meaning of the song. Also Will is so hilarious lmaooo. Oh and Umu, good job on the editing 😆
Watching reaction videos makes me realise there is so much to everything. Literally even just breathing, walking, eating, singing, music, dancing and other stuff. There is a whole world that people have studied and perfected on it and I just love how people are able to explain how things work and why i get such satisfaction listening to it
Really love to see how you guys professionally analyze the songs! In fact, it is because of your videos that I had become much more interested in music and have started to know more about the theories and how to listen to music (still very basic though). Do you wanna make some step-by-step or more detailed analyses for non-musical learners? I think it would be awesome if some musical terms can be explained by popular song examples and it can be a really good and interesting musical education for the public! :)
Love how the tactile methods of the music excites this reaction. Thank you so much for appreciating the talent behind Stray Kids and their messages which their music relate to the listener. Loved the reactions, Thank You all.
My fav reactions of yours are stray kids ones bc all of the songs are very interesting creative original and surprising always. 3RACHA GENIUS LINE!! also my fav thing abt skz is the BEAT, it is always so satisfying ahhhhh
Absolutely love it! People who do completely different type of music and have no idea what they're about to listen to - that's amazing! So interesting to hear what they got to say. Thank you so much for sharing.
Maniac is such an amazing song!!! Stray Kid’s comebacks keep getting better & better as they go! I love everyone’s analysis of Maniac because I do love to learn new things!! Also Kevin is such a mood though!!! Kevin is my spirit animal 🤣🤣🤣
i had been waiting for this reaction since you tweeted about this !! thank you for this reason and I enjoyed so much ( but to behonest i don't understand all the technical knowledge you said here) yet love to know why and which part you think is cool from your perspective. And SO GLAD you saw Chan's reaction !!
i am so much enjoying your reactions to SKZ songs and all the analysis behind their work. Its opening a window to a better understanding of their music, which i find more and more inspiring. So from now on i am anticipating both, their music and your reactions to them! Maniac is etymologically a greek word, synonym to crazy but also towards the obsessed; it connects to the verb "μαινομαι" which means moving in an unexpected explosive way, carrying a destructive lets say energy. I find the song serving this concept, along with all Oddinary tracks (venom etc) They dont just go and burn the stage down, but they prefer to kind of stop and obsessively turn the screw more and more and more (chorus). By the way the choreo is doing exactly the same. And i have to say, cant avoid my professional perspective, the visuals are so abundantly creative. I loved the mirrored cities, so symbolic, the sense of suspended worlds, the camera turns in every hit of the chorus, its really awesome. SKZ are delivering something unique in my opinion. Thanks guys, you are really cool!

This is why I love listening to an analysis done by trained musicians.
I watch so many reacttothek vids but this is one of those amazing ones that really makes me appreciate the song even more.
I can also picture Chan’s little giggle smile watching this video.
Stan Talent Stan Stray kids
Also, I loved your bird-and-drill edits 🤣 got me snorting so hard lol
EDIT: Jason seems tired. Is he ok?
Sent this comment to him! 🥺 he says it's been a rough semester at school but things are slowly getting better ☺️
@@ReacttotheK aww, that's relieving to hear! Hope he can rest soon :)
I've watched the MV dozens (if not hundreds) of times, but I didn't realize until it was in a tiny video on my phone even tinier that a couple members are clipping CG thread with their choreo in the MV (specifically Felix)
description of the song: - goes hard
thank you wall
Will and Jory playing Maniac on their instruments is really nice! It would be really awesome to hear a full version of it!
I’m so happy you reacted to this!!! I learn so much from it
Will you guys do an album reaction that would be so cool as all the songs sound and feel so different :D
YES! THAT IS EXACTLY what my impression of their music is too ! I would have to describe it as " very textural & virtually tactile."
And as always Umu's editing getting more and more funny informative and entire training :)
this comment is bang chan and umu blue hair appreciation post
OHHH I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LONG!!! THANK YOUUU 🥺💗
Umus humour is immaculate it's hilarious. Loved this 🙏🏻
Can wait for Chan to see this breakdown!!!!
Love love love having a more detailed and analytical insight into how the technicalities of 3racha's composition lends to the creative concepts.
I love the reactions, as always. I especially like how Jason react to this, not only about the musical aspect but also the whole meaning of the song. Also Will is so hilarious lmaooo. Oh and Umu, good job on the editing 😆
The editing is so so satisfying to watch along with these analysis from these amazing musicians. Kudos to the editing team too.
"How about the follow-up album EXTRA-ddinary"
Xdinary Heroes reaction confirmed jk
When the pictures just yeet across the screen I can't help but laugh 😂
5:20 When the guy thought they will kill the bird using the drill 😂 that made me laugh so hard 🤣 and hissss faaaaaaceeee OMG 🤣
This is such a good reaction! You can always trust classical and jazz musicians to give a musical perspective 😌😌
Hi guys.👋 Have put the link to this awesome reaction (with a little plug for it) in the comments section of the Maniac MV.💛
Watching reaction videos makes me realise there is so much to everything. Literally even just breathing, walking, eating, singing, music, dancing and other stuff. There is a whole world that people have studied and perfected on it and I just love how people are able to explain how things work and why i get such satisfaction listening to it
Check out also the bside of the ODDINARY album! It's a banger!!!
AHHHHHH. I've been waiting for Maniac-(in felix's voice) for today's video! :3
Love how the tactile methods of the music excites this reaction. Thank you so much for appreciating the talent behind Stray Kids and their messages which their music relate to the listener.
Loved the reactions, Thank You all.
the meme edits getting better. Good fun lol thanks for this.
Thank you so much for sharing.
the way you put a clip of chan’s room when sam cussed 😂
Thank you for reacting to this!! I hope you'll dp the whole mini album too, such a well put one with interesting sounds
Maniac is such an amazing song!!!
Stray Kid’s comebacks keep getting better & better as they go! I love everyone’s analysis of Maniac because I do love to learn new things!!

YESSSSSS THANK YOU THANK YOU!! BEEN WAITING 🙇🙇🙇
THIS IS THE BEST REACTION I'VE EVER WATCHED!!!
Thanks for this reaction :)
I love watching musicians, directors and editors react to Stray Kids. It makes you appreciate just how talented these men are 🥹
i had been waiting for this reaction since you tweeted about this !! thank you for this reason and I enjoyed so much ( but to behonest i don't understand all the technical knowledge you said here) yet love to know why and which part you think is cool from your perspective.
