Tegaderm is a hydrocolloid bandage by 3M that works wonders on road rash. It doesn't heal fast, but it does heal well, with minimal/no scarring, and without interfering with your ability to keep riding. I know it's also pretty popular in burn units and tattoo parlors - basically anywhere you've got large amounts of superficial skin damage. I'm a total klutz, so I'm a big fan.
You also want some non-stick pads, self-amalgamating tape, bacitracin/Neosporin, buzzers, tweezers, and something to protect the healing wound from UV/sunlight.
Get well soon, mate.
I don't have an OnlyFans, but I do have a PayPal if you want to donate the cause:

“I don’t get it, mind blown...” lol SAME. I wrecked my bike and I was happy to see that’s what I’ve been doing with the non stick pads for a few days worked! I tried Duoderm and my wounds were still too bloody and moist for it and they didn’t work as well as I hoped. Thanks for the video of all the steps to this and hopefully it’ll work!
Just give it an extra day or two with the nonstick pads until the hydrocolloidal ones work. Be sure there's enough overlap with fresh skin too - both for adhesion as well as keeping out bacteria.
I wish you a fast recovery, man!
Thanks this really helped !!!
I should have watched your video before I bought gauze and put it all over 😢 it hurt so much basically pealing of all the skin that formed
Can you list the name of the day 1-2 product to use before the Tega?
They're non-stick bandage pads - far, far superior to gauze. Mine were Curad brand, eg:

You can find them in a bunch of sizes and package counts either on eBay, the Bezos Express, online medical suppliers, or your local pharmacy. A bit of Neosporin (generic name, "bacitracin") is helpful too.
Get well soon, man!
2 months is an awful long time to heal some road rash.
Yeah, man. Hitting the road at 40ft/sec, with nothing between you and the asphalt except a couple mils of lycra. Was not fun.
At least on a motorcycle you've got full gear. The wreck that killed my CBR600 happened when a flat bed truck had a pallet of cargo peel off onto the highway. I managed to dump a lot of speed and swerve, but still lost control and took a slide for a hundred feet. The gear just baaaarely held in there, and I got away from that one with just a few minor scrapes.
