- Depending on where you live in the country, spring trout fishing can be a short season, or it can be a long trout fishing season. Regardless of which, corn trout bait and garlic trout bait are two of the best stocked trout fishing baits for spring trout fishing. Trout fishing always reminds me of my grandfather 😢 he taught me how to fish when I was 4 and only 12 short years ago he passed away but he made me the fisherman I am today and fishing RUclipsr!
That's awesome Damon! I think we all have that 1 person that got us into fishing and we should be thankful for that person every day!
I just found your channel.Great videos. In the late 70s I would fish the Wilson, Nehalem, Clackamas and Rogue Rivers and Barview Jetty in Tillamook. I usually limited on spring and fall steelhead and trout. Great fun.
Welcome to the channel Mike! I plan to fish a lot of those areas this fall!
My vote was corn. Glad it produced for you.
Thank you Rhett! I produced for sure!
I mix them, works great
🎣
I have both in my fishing slang bag.
Berkley powerbait, the garlic and the corn.
It seems like I have better luck with the garlic on cloudy days and rainy days then sunny days. With the corn early in the morning and late afternoon better luck with that. Anyway great video, great fish catching and I enjoyed watching
Garlic does work well on cloudy, warm days Shawn!
