Can you over do this type of breath work? What I mean is the amount I am doing each week? 2,3,4x per week, I know you said you do this once per week if that. I am also do Whim Hof every morning before my cold shower. I’m really go for a full nervous system reset. I am working through a lot right now and this type of breath work has been incredibly helpful. Thanks for the input. -Jon
I do what feels most comfortable. Sometimes changing between sets. I like to start with gentle deeper inhale and then increase. if I can't get enough in through the nose I change to mouth. Just try and find your rhythm ❤❤❤
