    Felt fantastic after this, also noticed the out of body type of clarity that is very difficult to explain but feels very beneficial to shedding layers and tapping into a deeper level of consciousness where the petty things simply don't matter. Thanks Kitaro!! Keep em coming!!

    Thanks for what you do Kitaro! This might be a new favourite out of your video library. I was feeling really sluggish / low energy this morning after having some chronic health issues last night.       Activation in the morning. Relaxation in the evening.

    Can you over do this type of breath work? What I mean is the amount I am doing each week? 2,3,4x per week, I know you said you do this once per week if that. I am also do Whim Hof every morning before my cold shower.
    I’m really go for a full nervous system reset. I am working through a lot right now and this type of breath work has been incredibly helpful.

    Is power breathing in through nose or mouth? Appears you do both at times?

      I do what feels most comfortable. Sometimes changing between sets. I like to start with gentle deeper inhale and then increase. if I can't get enough in through the nose I change to mouth. Just try and find your rhythm ❤❤❤
