    What an amazing way to start the day 💨 💯
    During the last part I gently open and close the spine. Raising the hands while inhaling and expanding. Letting the hands down in front of the body while letting everything bent gently forward. At the end I reach the floor very comfortably.
    Can be done standing or sitting on a chair.
    Incredibly energizing and calming at the same time ❤
    Fits the whole session perfectly for me.
    What a day. What a life.
    Every Moment. Walking in the light of God. ☀️

    Thanks for posting the video again! I was having a really bad migraine in the morning, recovering from a viral infection. And after doing this breathing exercise, the pain completely went away. This really helps and really works. Please keep up with the good work.

    i found it hard to do it til the end bc of my ADHD and anxiety but breathwork (picked up wim hoff a month ago cause my mental and physical health is so bad, really changes my wellbeing for at least a bit of time. i hope this can save my life, i was almost to the point of suicide... thanks for the work

    thank you for this, this was gorgeous. I'd love a bit more variation, but this is already almost at the golden proportion, because too much wouldn't be calming like this was:)
    my nervous system has been in overdrive for possible a week now, I've not been treating my body well. This was healing

      He is using a strap heart rate monitor

      There are different types available. You can use one for the finger, wrist or even a belt around the chest at heart level. The belt works best for heart rate.

    Very good session, I don't understand how you breathe in for 6 seconds, can you maybe make a short tutorial. Are you expanding your chest and abdomen. Also it is quite long the last part I think

      Yes gotta agree with that, i also didnt quite understand the rhytm on that last part, i guided myself to the gong sound but i dont know if its ment for that
