Thank you for sharing your journey. When you started starch solution originally did your weight come off as easily as it did this time around breaking your plateau? I am catching up on all of tour RUclips videos after watching this one you’ve really motivated me.
Congrats! I have maintained a loss of 25lbs on the Starch Solution, and I worked on losing the last 10-15 lbs last summer but gained them back. I have started making things simple again and I’m loving the steamed zucchini.
You're doing great Liz! I have noticed that if I don't include legumes as a part of my starch portion to boost the protein a little I start to feel tired and run down. Do you include any legumes?
I have felt so invested in your journey and honestly I'm so so so proud of you for this progress and for being so consistent👏👏👏 Do you have any idea approx weight of the starch you're eating at each meal? I can't get over how clear and bright your skin has become over this journey! You genuinely are so vibrant 💗💗👏👏
@@5050DishGal thanks, that's helpful. I feel like there's so many of us who have come from a past of dieting who don't understand hunger and fullness properly. We need a guide haha, somewhere to start at least!
Well done! I don't understand your last comments on going either 5 lbs higher (or lower) as you worked so hard to break the plateau and look very healthy and happy at your current weight.
I want to give myself some grace with my weight..... weight changes and want to give myself a 5 pound high or low... I may go lower or may go higher a few pounds and don't want to get stuck on the number.

I loved having a slice of sourdough bread and jam, which I have not had, but have no cravings around it.

No idea, just eat till I'm hungry. Most of my starches are in 2 cup dishes.

No, I do not.
You cant lose 15 pounds of fat in 2 weeks. Maybe 5 then the rest is water weight
12 weeks!
