Hakka-style Mui Choy With Pork Belly

- A hakka dish that is not only tasty but a good keeper too
Ingredients :
250g pork belly without skin - cut small
( marinate - 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp shaoxing wine )
1 bowl of mui choy
washed 2 times and soaked in clean water for 1/2 hour to get rid of extra salt
cut into small pieces
1tbsp ginger - julienned
1 tbsp minced garlic
water
Seasoning :
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsps oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar

Thank you for sharing.. Just tried this and it taste good.. But I think the dark sauce I use the colour much darker.. Made my dish look totally black, haha.. Suggest anyone who is trying this do stir and see the colour first before fully pouring the whole tbsp of dark sauce.. Anyway it still taste good, only looks failed.. Haha.. 😂
Look deceives..😋should taste good. Try stewed 3layer pork with Mui choy..(khao yook). Best of both worlds, atleast for me.
I normally put whole garlic clove and mix salty and sweet mui choy when i cook it. This is good too👍..truly home cook.
@@ashleytkl3036 Yea planned for that earlier, but not enough time to prepare after back from work, else my dinner became supper.. Haha.. Too many process, boil and fry the pork.. After stewing everything need to steam again.. 😅
