It is made that way with the bearing inside of the handle. VATIZ grippers are top notch and high quality. Non of the will be sold with the handles glued on different levels and the logos are always lined precisely.
It was a fighter for sure! Took me more around a year between the regular model which is significantly harder @128RGC and this one at 121RGC. The next challenge is to close it with the handle in the palm but it is significantly harder to do, so maybe another year? lol
