RECIPES
♡ Baked Blueberry Oatmeal Cups
122 calories | 2F 23C 4P
5 servings (5 oatmeal cups)
Bake at 425º for 5 minutes, then decreases oven temperature to 375º and continue baking for 12 minutes
1C mashed banana (1 large banana worked for me)
1C old-fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
1 egg
1TSP baking powder
1 TSP vanilla
1/2C blueberries, fresh or frozen
♡ Breakfast Egg Cups:
74 calories | 5F 2C 5P
9 servings (9 egg cups)
Cook in oven at 375º for 20-25 minutes
6 large eggs
1/4 C milk
1/8 TSP salt and ground pepper
1 bell pepper + veggies of choice
3/4C spinach
1/4C cheddar cheese
♡ Crock Pot Peach & Blueberry Oatmeal:
303 calories | 5F 55C 11P
8 servings
Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours
3C steel cut oats, uncooked
8C water
1 pound frozen or fresh peaches
2C frozen blueberries
1 1/2-2 TSP ground cinnamon
1 1/2 TSP sea salt
Rain drop
Drop top
Cooking up oats in the crock pot

For my vegan friends, just use an egg substitute for the first recipe and it's vegan! 3rd recipe is already vegan WOOT WOOT! Thanks for the inspiration Whit ❤
Carla Paul an egg substitute like "the Neat egg" or applesauce is vegan. I didn't mean egg substitute like the cartons that say that but have egg.
you could also just leave the egg out, since the banana is already a binder on its own. But there are plenty of options: chia seeds, flax seeds, apple sauce, etc.

I am usually a silent subscriber to all the people I follow because I don't want to sound stupid or catch hate but I love your videos so much! I'm 163 pounds and I used to be so fit 5 years ago. I played volleyball for most of my life but when I stopped my fitness suffered! I had never had to count macros or workout, I literally ate whatever I wanted because I played sports and it wasn't a problem. Now I look in the mirror and hate myself most day, which is a new sensation for me since I'm so used to liking the way I look. Since watching your videos I've decided to "Live Fit, Get Fit." My journey is going to be a lifetime one and I've got a long way to go in terms of reaching any fitness goals but I know whenever I get discouraged I can watch any of your videos and the motivation just radiates inside me. Thank you!

The oatmeal in the crockpot was very unique! Haven't seen that before! thank you for this video.
i tried the blueberry oatmeal cups and they turned out great! not too sweet.
i blended my oats in a food processor to make the texture more muffin like and i used quick oats instead cuz i didn't have old fashioned oats and added a dash of cinnamon. they turned out pretty much like banana blueberry muffins! i loved it!

I love oatmeal so much! I made a similar version of those muffins with Greek yogurt in them and mmm girl they are SO good. I also love making apple steel cut oats in the crock pot, but I'm def trying the peach/blueberry combo!
