Have you considered doing a body scan video sometime? I would LOVE one by you. It always relaxes me at the end of yoga when the instructor talks you through relaxing each muscle from foot to head. From you it would be the BEST. And it wouldn't require a fancy set up. Thanks if you read this ❤️

I agree, it is delightuil :o) As I have mentioned already under the Wise Woman Whispers video, I have been ill for some time now and getting really unhappy, so my daughters gave me a big box called "Chill Box" for my birthday. It contained a starshine lamp (creating tiny stars on the ceiling), head massager, foot massage mat and a colouring book with a box of crayons.Amazing :o)

Masha you should watch this short film by Disney called “inner workings”. It’s about the personification of the organs inside this one man’s body and what each one wants/feels. This video reminded me of it because in the short film the heart and the brain are always pulling each other on different directions 😁😁 anyway I hope you go watch it because you will for sure enjoy it!! It’s very sweet and cute and it actually provides a life lesson. ❤️❤️❤️
