Yeah jason x was pretty good that and the remake were the best friday the 13th movies i watched all of them and they were all pretty underwhelming since jason has a really top tier horror reputation
You don’t mean that scene where the people get mowed down in a club right? Because that’s not realistic, I mean how would someone make such a contraption then get it set up into a club 💀
God, the one from Ghost Ship will always be one of the best mass-casualty movie scenes. It's so grotesque, yet it's oddly satisfying. Set to some nice music too, which "conveniently" ends when the wire does. Guess you could say that everyone had to split.
There are some other pretty creative kills in horror films. Pinhead turning people into cenobytes in Hellraiser 3, Lubdin turning someone into a giant bimbo till explosion in Leprechaun 3, The wheel of death in Banana Splits the Movie, Freddy's evil hearing aid in Elm Street 6, Chucky electrocuting the girl with her laptop in Curse of Chucky, etc
The tv kill from Nightmare 3 is also pretty cool the effects in that Freddy film still look cos cool tofus as you can see they put a lot of love and passion into that movie.
Other creative kills in horror films: Shower scene stabbed with knife and chocolate syrup for blood (Psycho) Electrocution (Curse of Chucky) Police officer’s head was slashed (Curse of Chucky)
Speaking of Friday the 13th, there's a particularly wild one in the remake. As far as horror remakes go, it'd pretty good. They coulda taken the opportunity to make the characters more than just teen archetypes, but they almost satirically are self aware about it. "Let's all be one big happy cliche." Oh well, at least some of the characters are funny. Jason, however, has been significantly upgraded to make up for it. Instead of being a cocky tank that like he's too much of a badass to need to run, the remade Jason, figures "Eh, a little running wouldn't hurt." And so he does, feeling a lot more like an intense threat. But it's not just that that makes him scarier. He actually makes his victims suffer sometimes. And this is where my honorable mention comes into play. One of the campers get seared while still in a sleeping bag. Jason strings the bag up over the campfire and another camper is forced to watch after his leg gets caught in a bear trap! She's only freed from it after dying, causing her to plop into the fire. Now that's one way to cook up some trouble. Actually, speaking of remakes, here's another mention. Damn the Blob 1988 was so good! Just like the Friday remake, it made some much needed improvements to the Blob. Now that there's room for more blood and special effects, we actually see the Blob dissolve most of its victims. But The Blob can be even more creatively brutal than that. Even though it's a mutated bacteria colony, it's still creative enough to cover up someone's wound when someone tries to cut his arm off to protect the rest of his body, hide inside one victim to trap another, and most importantly in this case, clog up a sink and then pull someone face first into it! See, 2000s Psycho remake? That's how you justify being technically advanced!
Thank you for giving some positive recognition to Ghost ship. On a side not the tree kill from The Hills Run Red should’ve made this list of not an honorable mention.
Jason has a few creative kills. He thrusted a blowtorch in a guy’s mouth in one movie. Shot another person with a harpoon. Then there was knocking a man’s head off.
The hill sacrifice by Ruby in The Hills Have Eyes 2006 was one of my favorites. Halloween 3 had some clever kills with Harry's skull ripped apart and Marge's laser/bug kill and the drill to ear kill. Friday the 13th had the arrow kill with Kevin Bacon, as well.
They did this same list YEARS ago when I was in like middle school and they had the Tanning Bed from Final Destination 3 instead.. I like that better than the Pool lol
The pool drain. Always freaks me out. Having your organs crushed and forcefully pulled out of your butt while your still alive is something I hope to never experience.
My favorite is from the movie The Collection where he uses something similar to a giant wheat thresher blade to rip threw an entire rave. That and the first movie The Collector are awesome horror movies with brutal kills and a twisted storyline. If you haven't seen them they're definitely worth checking out
I honestly don't understand what happened to Hunt. Like he was at the bottom, being sucked by the drain(that sounds weird) but then there's pieces of him flying everywhere
The Jackhammer Stake From Dusk till Dawn and The Play Pals Conveyor Belt Child's Play 2 and Espresso Machine Steam Leprechaun 2 and Shotgun Impalement Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers and A Human Marionette A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors and The Glass Pane The Omen and Liquid Nitrogen Facial Jason X and Wired On The Dance Floor Ghost Ship and The Reverse Bear Trap Saw 3D and Down The Drain The Final Destination will kill struck me the most inventive on Netflix or on Hulu or on the DVDs or on Apple TV
#6 It's quite clearly not a cliff! It's a building. I accidentally caught that scenes whilst flicking through the channels as a kid and it TRAUMATISED ME. Now I think it's hilarious x

Ok seriously how did the log truck from Final Destination 2 not make the list. That one scene messed up an entire generation.
Wasn't a death it was a premonition
The nitrogen kill is hands down the best kill in all the Friday the 13th movies.
Yeah jason x was pretty good that and the remake were the best friday the 13th movies i watched all of them and they were all pretty underwhelming since jason has a really top tier horror reputation
Especially the smash of the face after the dunk
About time watch mojo respect the kill
The club scene in The Collector has to be on here. Dude wiped out the most kills I've ever seen seriel killer get in one minute. Was Realistic af too.
Agreed, it was brutal but really creative
Literally scarred me as a kid
Collection
You don’t mean that scene where the people get mowed down in a club right? Because that’s not realistic, I mean how would someone make such a contraption then get it set up into a club 💀

The use of a Bread Slicer from Fear Street Part One: 1994 could have been on here as well. That was a pretty creative, no matter how you slice it.
SAW and Ghost Ship is one of the most haunting horror movies I've seen as a child
"A Human Marionette" is one of my top 3 favorite kills from 'A Nightmare on Elm Street 3.'
Where is welcome the prime time on your list?
Also shows you the nurses suck at their job and al staff should have been fired for incompetence
@@deathmourne1 What if one of the nurses is Freddie Krueger
@@wyamccor he went to night school to get the job
Not the facial she was hoping for....
Ghost Ship was by far my favorite 😂
I saw ghost ship once as a kid while flipping thru channels and witnessing the wire scene fucked me up big time lmao
Karl Urban's death in that one scares me more
Ghost Ship is one of the most horrifying movies I’ve ever seen as a child
It starts great with the wire scene, but the rest was a little bit too cliche to scare me.
Same!
Jason X isn’t good, but that liquid nitrogen kill still makes me terrified of the stuff.
That Ghost Ship scene made sure I'd never get on a boat/ship ever again.
What a great range of acting Warwick Davis has. He wenft from willow in the 80s, to the leperacuhan, to harry potter.
Don't forget his original role as Wicket the Ewok in Return of The Jedi!
The mums death at the end of nightmare on elms street is pretty inventive lol
Inventive is a strong word yo 😂😂😂
If it wasn’t for the dumb RUclips rules and stuff, WatchMojo would actually be able to show us the kills like in their older videos
I know, right?
Are u lazy? U can find them after the video yourself.
@@gamleskalle1 that’s not the point I’m making
The impalement scene in the Omen was much more scarring for me.
There are some other pretty creative kills in horror films.

The GHOSTSHIP dance is CRAZY!
Surprisingly, only half of these are Golden Chainsaw winners.
Nice, a fellow Dead Meet watcher here!
The tv kill from Nightmare 3 is also pretty cool the effects in that Freddy film still look cos cool tofus as you can see they put a lot of love and passion into that movie.
The Roach motel kill scene part 4 was creative in a very unsettling way
WELL COME 2 PRIME TIME! B!TCH!
I need to watch 4 and 5 back to back it’s been a while
Robert Englund actually came up with the line himself!
Welcome to prime time bitch!
The forearm bone snap and stab in the face from the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre, could of got an honorable mention. That shit was crazy!
The ghost ship was crazy
one of the most creative kills I saw in a horror movie are in Carrie(1976) and Se7en
Is Se7en a horror movie?
@@jonmendelson1104 yes it is
5:00 Wow, the whole time I thought that cliff was a building!
Other creative kills in horror films:
Shower scene stabbed with knife and chocolate syrup for blood (Psycho)
Electrocution (Curse of Chucky)
Police officer’s head was slashed (Curse of Chucky)
'Whether it’s a gremlin or chucky the doll. The key is to throw it in something. Like a fireplace, or a tub of electricity.'
Jason's liquid nitrogen kill in "Jason X" is still the #1 best kill from the "Friday the 13th" franchise.
Like Freddy Kruger. I too have a sick sense of humor by coming up with puns for horror movie kills.
BETTER NOT DREAM AND DRIVE!
As Doom 2016 once put it, “variety is the spice of death”
Fun fact the Reverse bear trap in saw 1 was real and could actually rip someone's jaw easily
The entire highway sequence to open Final Destination 2.
Ghost Ship and Titanic are the reasons I don’t go on ships at all.
That ghost ship gotta be a final destination type kill lmao
This whole list could have been filled with deaths from Final Destination and Saw.

I've seen once IRL a steel cable snap under its load. That was scary!
The sound alone it made wipping the air was next level.
I'm gonna go with the Kills in The SAW Franchise.
Wishmaster should definitely be in this list
Liquid nitrogen was quite a kill for Jason. Brutal and effective.
Almost everything the evil clowns from Killer Klowns From Outer Space could count as creative, specially the shadow puppet
I used to despise rude waitstaff. Now i empathize.
I was 11 when I saw The Final Destination, and Hunt's death made me so terrified to ever swim in a pool again
Thank you for giving some positive recognition to Ghost ship. On a side not the tree kill from The Hills Run Red should’ve made this list of not an honorable mention.
Now that’s Scary creative but scary
#6 I'm surprised you didn't reference "Bye Bye Bye"
I only came here for Jason Voorhees. His movies are underrated (in my opinion).
Michael can really use any weapon he wants now jeeper creepy on the other hand 😂
Jason has a few creative kills. He thrusted a blowtorch in a guy’s mouth in one movie. Shot another person with a harpoon. Then there was knocking a man’s head off.
The human marionette from a nightmare on elm street 3 will always be my favorite. Freddy krueger is the Goat.
Michael Myers doesn’t need to shoot because he’s built different
You missed your perfect opportunity for a Dead Meat crossover 😔🤦🏽♂️
Jason whacking the camper in the sleeping bag against the tree. Still a creative classic.
Jason, The Exorcist, Freddy Krueger, Carrie, Leather Face, Final Destination, PennyWise Were Artists in this Style.
I knew that final destination series should appearing at some point
"Top of a cliff." Very obviously a top floor balcony area. I'm referring to the Nightmare death FYI.
its not a horror movie, but the toxic waste in Robocop, best kill in ANYTHING!!

How the dude getting sucked into the drain pipe in The Blob remake is never on these types of lists is beyond me.
They did this same list YEARS ago when I was in like middle school and they had the Tanning Bed from Final Destination 3 instead.. I like that better than the Pool lol
What about the kill scenes of the opening of dead silence and I like ghost ship it’s one of my favourite horror movie ever.
Ghost Ship's opening scene is often considered among the best...and perhaps the best part of the film!
The pool drain. Always freaks me out. Having your organs crushed and forcefully pulled out of your butt while your still alive is something I hope to never experience.

All the kills in Dream Warriors were awesome. And you left out the best part of that Jason X kill was when he smashes her face after.
I honestly don't understand what happened to Hunt. Like he was at the bottom, being sucked by the drain(that sounds weird) but then there's pieces of him flying everywhere
