    Questions answered in this video:
    - Is the transplanted hair relatively safe from further loss and permanent, seeing as though it was harvested from the safe zone?
    - What is the max density we can restore? Do you risk losing some of the previous density/transplant/procedures in the same location?
    - How frequently should I be micro-needling, and when purchasing a needling pen, whether a high or low needle count is the most beneficial?
    - Should we get extensive or some form of blood work before starting Finasteride?

      1. Yes, but you will lose hair anyways because of aging, so I would quit it as early as it has no sense anymore.
      2. They recommended taking it every second day, if you still lose hair, then you should take it every day.
      3. New studies have shown that there is no such risk/connection.

    1. Is it better to apply minoxidil when the scalp is wet?
    2. If one takes 3mg finasteride per week, how often and how long do you suggest one stop taking once in a while to prevent finasteride from building up?
    Thank you.

      1. They advise to have completely dry skin as it's better for absorption, but it doesn't make such a difference.
      2. It's not necessary, but they've advised to take a break once per 3 months, take a week or two-week break.

    According to a recent research dutesteride may result In less chance of side effects than finesteride. This is due to the Dalton size of dutesteride being bigger and unable to penetrative though the bbb (blood brain barrier). Please comment.
    Also dutesteride reduces more dht without giving more side effects. Why isn't dut approved by the fda ?
    And is to safe to take twice a week

    Can you please talk again and in more detail about delayed finasteride side effects (even after more than 1-2 years) why they appear? (if finasteride builds up in the system already after a couple of weeks) and how to deal with it?
    Also, have you ever encountered increase in peeing as a side effects?
    Please it would be very very very much appreciated 🙏🏼

    Fab. Another Q for you.. is taking minox and fin together worthwhile in the long run, ie once. Minox has achieved its regrowth does fin retain or is there significant benefit to continuing both? Thanks!!

      They’ve answered this before, and the answer is ‘sometimes’ finasteride can hold on to the minoxidil dependent hair once min is stopped. But not always. Fin first to slow down hair loss, then min if you want to grow more.

      Why the excesive worry? all proper proffesionals know that the side effects of both finas and duta are extremely mild and unprobable (just like with most of all drugs); you are already accepting the chance because you value hair. And if you have an issue you just stop and that's it, body will rebalance back again - the drugs wil not have a permanent change in your body; all those theories have been debunked.

    • @theledebb
      @theledebb 2 года назад +1

      the only valuable thing is maybe checking the prostate antigen value, as finas/duta can alter it, so in case of serious desease (not related to the drug) the values will not be showing it and it may be more difficult to detect. But that's just a veeery small fraction of people, its not common for a young man in his teens or 20s to develop prostate cancer, at all.

    How long does minoxidil work for most patients? Does it ever lose it efficacy or it forever works as good as it did in the beginning? especially when combined with finasteride as the blocker and minoxidil as the stimulator..
    On average How long can a 20 year old who is balding expect to keep a good amount of their hair when on both of these treatments?

    I have a question, how can we differentiate between new growing baby hairs and minituarizing hairs. I am on treatment for hair loss, i have so many small hairs around my hairline and i am confused if they are new growing hair or miniaturizing hair

    • @theledebb
      @theledebb 2 года назад +2

      You should be able to tell if they are going small or bigger across time, altough I understand might be confusing at first. Try to take close pictures of the areas and then compare months after, if those small hairs are still there, they are making bigger or at least hanging thanks to the treatment. If they are smaller or gone, well...

    • @theledebb
      @theledebb 2 года назад +2

      @@whysoserious7553 Just minoxidil? That will not be effective, minoxidil has its maximum effect on the first year of treatment, some people can maintain results for another year, but then it will slowly lose its efficacy, just "some" follicules will remain estimulated by the minox, some others will not; you will decreace the speed of miniaturizing though. The treatment should be combined with finasteride or dutasteride to get proper relevant results (+ ketokonazol shampoo, altough not that helpful at the end of the day)

    • @glamapandacapital
      @glamapandacapital 2 года назад

      It’s the conversion in the tissue (aka scalp) that matters. Serum or circulating DHT can’t predict this.

    Once finasteride is stopped, will hair loss accelerate for lost time? Or will the hair loss simply pick up where it left off before finasteride was started?

    • @glamapandacapital
      @glamapandacapital 2 года назад +2

      Simply pick up - it’s like a “pause” button.

    • @giorgikuprava1055
      @giorgikuprava1055 2 года назад

      @@glamapandacapital It's not like that. If you've been taking finasteride for a long time(at least 3 months), DHT won't be able to reach its start level for at least 2 weeks. But you will normally lose hair after that 2 weeks, it won't accelerate or something...

    • @theledebb
      @theledebb 2 года назад +3

      Myths - I recommend stop hanging around in internet balding forums, etc, where a mass of people are saying nonsense regarding finas and duta. They all report incredible things, not checked by proper proffesionals and science. Truth is that those are a small % of people, mooooost, the vast majority of finas/duta users are just living their normal lives, without any worry or noticable/permanent side effect. THats why those drugs are sold in millions! Also most studies show there is no much to worry about. Finas is approved by FDA, Duta is approved on many Asian and Europen countries. Just relax.

      @@haarishay224 Thank you mate, it's just like you say. I was on finas for 2 years, no serious side effect, just the usualy temporal balls scratch and some liquid sperm, but it all went away after 1-2 months. Then I had to change to Duta beacuse of my gut intolerance to a finas component of the product here in my country, I've been on Duta for 6 months, no problem at all so far. I just take the pill when I wake up and forget about it, I live my life normally.

      Before starting finasteride I worried greatly because I was reading the online doom and gloom stories about the horrors of finasteride. I just started taking it a year ago and tried not to worry. Worrying can bring about a self-fulfilling result. Even though I'm an older bastard my gorgeous love machine can get as hard as a rock in spite of finasteride use. Don't let all the bedwetters scare you.
