The JBL charge 4 or 5 does not support USB connection, Unfortunately JBL speakers don't support USB playback, the usb which comes in the jbl xtreme, charge 4, 5 and boombox are used to charge another device

@@divinetaah6297 Actually no, USB do come in the charge 5, xtreme 3, boombox 2 and 3 and so on, but they are all used for charging another device like your phone for example. But if the Usb port supports music playback then its "FAKE"

Because they all sound good for what they are, they aren't exclusive to genres but rather for how loud you want them to be
@timoarrg True. I use my Charge 5 at work and it is an open space and can be heard everywhere. I have never pushed it to the limit because there isn't any need to. No matter how loud I have played it there has never been a hint of distortion at all and the battery has never run down.
If a speaker is quite loud, but the sound quality is muddy or bass heavy, then I can only listen to specific type of songs.
Being a listener of multiple genres, from synth to metal, I need a balanced sounding speaker which can play almost anything clearly, especially the rock/metal music as they contain multiple instruments.
But most of the speakers are bass heavy, so not everything sound good on it, no matter how loud it is. Besides, majority of the speaker reviewers play songs with heavy beats or bass for sound testing, which may sound good on the speaker, but other genres might not.
My problem is there. Not everyone has the same taste in music, or listens to the same type of music all the time. Loudness is not equal to quality.
@stygiancell flip is the most bright, charge 5 is the most balanced and the extreme has more of a warm bass heavy sound 😊

Jbl are great but after 3 years it’s gonna have issues with charging. I have 2 different ones and all after 3 years have gone bad it was cheaper to buy a new one rather then fix it. Remember these things are not built to last

My favorite one still to this day is the Flip 4. Hands Down
Flip 4 lasted me for literally 4 years and the charge is excellent, I often got more out of the charge then most, and hiphop/any base heavy songs go great with this little thing.

What a great job with describing each of these units. I chose two of the flip fives so that I could either use party mode or stereo. Again great job. On a side function you need to work on pronouncing your letter T. It’s almost distracting on how you drop the T on a lot of your words.. Just a suggestion. Thanks again.

Nice video, but the GO3 has a front-facing passive radiator and the charge series is designed to be smaller and more portable than the flip.
Your Information on Jbl Boombox 2 is incredibly wrong!
First of all most of your Boxes are very outdated, there is no Jbl Boombox 3 for example, which does support Bluetooth 5.3 and has a very different Audio set up and Output Power.
The Jbl Boombox 2 does Not have anywhere near 160 W Output Power. In reality it Only delivers 80W and that is only if it is plugged in with a Power cable. Secound of all you do Not know What a subwoofer is.
Subwoofer is Only there to push out low frequencies. So a Subwoofer is an additional woofer only dedicated to Bass.
The Boombox 2 however does Not habe two Subwoofers, it only has two normal woofers and two tweeters.
A normal woofer is dedicated to both lows and mid frequencies.
So better Research!

My flip 4 and 5 battery died, speaker cone broke. Bought JBL UA bluetooth batt failed, wire 1 sided sound. Whereas I owned Ultimate Ears brand, etc still going strong. Verdict: JBL cheap product, boycotted it.
