Ive got my first JBL, JBL Charge5. Thanks to the help of my friend and expert - Mr. R.Yuga, Mr. R.Lomerio and KULAS TECH SHOW. And also to the Philippine Lazada(Lazmall) for the very good delivery.
6:54 dahil dito binili ko ang JBL charge5 imbes na JBL flip6 pero ngayun may JBL clip4 na rin ako galing pa rin sa Lazmall... Ang JBL charge5 ko kapag bassboosted, gamit ang JBL App adjust ko ng +2-1+1. Pero Kapag opm songs na 0+2+1 habang 70 to 80% ang volume ganun din sa bass boosted ang sarap pakinggan(para sa akin lang naman🙂)...pero kung news or movies ay nakadefault lang 0.0.0 up to 100% volume oks lang👌...pero sana makabili din ako ng Dalawang BB3 or isang PB1000🤘, Wow👌...para ma try ang taste ni JBL, sagad✌️...Justice para sa JBL charge5, sadyang ganun ginawa ang charge5 kc may app na ang JBL...

I could've chosen them both, but i have the flip 5 and charge 5, and the charge 5 has the deeper bass and more balanced sound overall, flip 5 performs impressive for its size, it has good upper bass, and clear mids, crisp highs, and its just a litte bit more portable, i just think i would use them in different situations.

The Flip 6 is impressive for its size, does everything almost as good as the Charge 5, but I noticed a big difference in the low frequency response, the Charge 5 was much better handling the lower frequencies... Charge 5 had better and deeper bass response...

I got both and with the equalizer and on higher Volumes you should definetly go for the Charge 5. there is a noticeable difference for sure. The Charge has a larger soundscape.

Xtreme 3 is too big and heavy for my bicycle though.

really? I have flip 4 on my cycling routine, on the road or trail the sound definitely loud enough.. the flip 6 I guess way better and flip 4 is better than flip 5 imo.

You can do low level
Listening with the Charge 5. But you have option to get the party started if necessary. You can’t do the latter with the flip 6. So on that fact alone the C5 is worth the little extra money.

Flip 6 is to your pocket with world class sound, charge 5 is to large to carry in everyday. Most of time it will stay home, to heavy, to big. And situations for listen music can hit you evrytime. So you need to be prepared ;)
Exacly i bouhgt flip 6 for this reason. Ofcourse charge 5 have a FAT bass but is expensive and too big for mobility but if you have a noisy job and you stay on one place then charge 5 be better, Louder. For home and outside flip 6 is perfect.

I do have a charge 5 bought it on bergen Norway few days ago.. and I personally compared it to that flip6.. if ur more on a bassy sound go for chrge 5 and if ur most likely to a hand compact or a light weight one go for flip6
And also Charge 5 is double on price than Flip 6 so if you buy 2 Flip 6 at the same price as one Charger 5 for sure Flip 6 win

Both speakers are really cheap given the super high unmatched sound quality in that categories. FLIP6 for the portability to beach and outside activities with minimum weight. Go with Charge5 if size and weight do not bother you.

Go for the Charge 5 if love deep bass sound and if you want a good and balance sound go for flip 6
if you have the little extra money go with the charge 5 easy, but if you are looking for a good quality speaker for a little more then half the price of the charge 5 then the flip 6 will be a good choice

Flip clarity for the size is another level. Jbl charge 5 sound is gorgeous and the fact you can charge your phone is impossible for the Flip 6 to be over him but when you change the devices theres a clear difference in Flip 6, more clear, more crystal, that sound is on another level. Charge 5 sound more like Xtreme 3 and its obviously better for his size, its a perfect balance between an speaker made for party and made for home, you have just to pick it up and put in your car while you drive.
I have the flip 6 excellent quality for it's size
I purchased a Flip 6 over the weekend for a kayaking trip and was very impressed with its performance for the 10 hours on the water.

Since the Charge 5 is now only slightly more expensive than Flip 6, despite being the larger sized speaker, it's still pretty small. Also charge 5 has way longer lasting battery, as well as better sound quality, I choose the Charge 5
I always wonder why compare these two speakers and the charge 5 is bigger is louder than the flip 6. It's an unfair comparison to me and should be compared to a speaker of it's size.
@@antD9 yea you are right but it gives us a clear idea about the difference like charge 5 has a deeper bass and very good mids where as flip 6 has a prominent and punchy bass and sharp treble which is good for instrumental arrangements I personally like flip 6 just think about it's size.

I guess flip 6 has better mid frequency response probably due to small woofer size, but almost no lower bass and vice versa for charge 5 with great lower bass but bad mids frequency

@jay jay.. when it comes to soundstage, for.me they sound the same..both are average and cannot define much instrument angles. But that doesnt mean they are not good.

Flip 6 is very good for compatibility and for ur money but if you want more bass at 100% & have money than charge 5 is for u . Both nearly sound similar at 50% - 60/70% just charge r has slightly more bass due to its size

I own 4 bluetooth speakers. 2 are cheap ones from Lidl, the 3d is Cambridge Audio Go and costs roughly the same as my 4th speaker...the JBL Charge 5 that I bought a month ago. The Cambridge, like the Flip 5, has a brighter sound. I forgot to charge the Cambridge every 2 months, so now the 20 hour battery lasts, if I'm lucky, only 5 hours. Both these JBLs sound good.
The batteries are cheap and pretty easy to replace.
@@dustincolvard1480 How do I open the casing to replace the battery? There are no screws or obvious way of doing it. If I force it open the sound won't be the same when I put it (glued) back together.

Basically get the flip 6 if you want a smaller speaker, get a charge 5 if you want a better soundig speaker, flip 6 Sounds different at every volume, Very good in low volumes but loses bass at max

I owned tribit maxsound plus, it has balance sounds, lack of bass even you activate xbass mode. If you are a type of person love listening bassy music i dont recommend it.
@@IggyPogi I ended up with the Tribit Stormbox blast, and it's a game changer. Very nice punchy lows and some pretty smooth silk dome tweeters. It won't compare to a car subwoofer, but it's very impressive for what it is. If you look at the woofers on this thing (with a flashlight, they are hard to see from the front), they have deeper surrounds than many full sized subwoofers.
I see people carrying pulse 5 on beach might as well carry a big fat powerful charge 5 plus its not that big for its sound and bass
