facts
H Robert Reynolds was our band director at Long Beach State in the late '60s. Our principal clarinet was Eugene Corporon (UNT legend). Those were great days for all of us at 'The Beach.'
This band is first rate. One of the best if not the best college groups I've heard.
Did this a couple days ago for the TMEA All-state symphonic band concert. Was a treat to perform
Brandon Allison y'all's performance was stunning!
Beautiful tonal quality and entrances !..Also I like Robert Reynolds stick technique...beautiful conducting style !!
An outstanding performance, bravo and thank you!
my conducting teacher.....
Damn! That ending Picardy third was magnificent! Great arrangement.
2:40-2:52 Now that's a powerful horn section!

Oh is that beautiful.
Very beautifull!!! we play this with our orchestra in The Netherlands, Harmonie St Jan Wierden!!!
Wow, This band sets the bar high.
How very beautiful. This demonstrates the wonderful musicianship of Mr. Reynolds. This is a very different and smaller band than those of the Revelli years.
I love listening to Eastman and North Texas, well alot of symphonic wind bands, but this is some major league playing too!!
The best part is from 0:34 to 7:34.
Gorgeous playing! Takes me back to being under the baton of Dr. Harry Begian at.U. of I.
Carol Allen I played this song at U of I last year!
I played this arrangement at Ohio State when Craig Kirchhoff was the director of the concert band.
3:41 Fugue (for me)
Wonderful. Would love and be honored if this great ensemble performed one of my pieces in the future.
Can anyone help me find these arrangements? Mr. Reynolds is the best!!!

7:00 awyiss
hey I play this in cornet

I am in band to this is my second year I am in 7th grade
I found the vibrato in the trumpets and occasionally in the flutes to be off-putting. Occasionally entrances were too strong, throwing the band out of balance. Legato playing is generally quite good.
Ugh, this really needs some strings.
This is a wind ensemble NOT an orchestra !
