Very impressive indeed. I am fascinated by the extremes of pitch and try to picture the biggest and smallest organ pipes together. A lot of Bach's music in a minor key, such as this work in G minor, ends with a Picardy Third, as does the Little Fugue. Listen out for the triumphant B natural!
Someone commented on the perfection of the pace. I second that comment but must add that it says a great deal about you as a performer that you have found this tempo. Too many performers overemphasize the hands at the expense of the ears. But I did not come to hear you (I am sorry to say this): _I came to hear the music through you._ In this performance, you have made yourself an inlet of nature and of beauty. We speak too hastily of instrumentalist and instrument. If an instrumentalist cannot be a good instrument, cannot be played by the music themself, by the composer, cannot sympathize with the instrument, they are no good. Hala! Hala! A true performer!

And the notes drifted up to Heaven and God was pleased
Magnificently interpreted and played - wonderful how the pedal voice was so clear. Played with such mastery and conviction. Utterly superb...please record more and also on this organ!
I've always seen organ players a super heroes. Great playing young man!
He plays beautifully and he is extremely cute. Yes.
AWESOME !! He looked like he was having a blast playing this marvelous fugue !
Beautifully done by a handsome young fellow. Bach is smiling.
Perhaps the most uplifting video I have ever seen on RUclips. A sheer delight for the ear and eye.
Someone commented on the perfection of the pace. I second that comment but must add that it says a great deal about you as a performer that you have found this tempo.
Too many performers overemphasize the hands at the expense of the ears. But I did not come to hear you (I am sorry to say this): _I came to hear the music through you._
In this performance, you have made yourself an inlet of nature and of beauty. We speak too hastily of instrumentalist and instrument. If an instrumentalist cannot be a good instrument, cannot be played by the music themself, by the composer, cannot sympathize with the instrument, they are no good.
Hala! Hala! A true performer!
One of the great Bach fugues. Wonderfully performed!
"Higher, the king of the sky
He's flying too fast and he's flying too high
Higher, an eye for an eye
The legend will never die"
Man and machine and nothing in between
The flying circus and a man from Prussia
@@pianosbloxworld4460 The Sky and a plane, this man commands his domain
The Western Front and all the way to Russia
Great job!! I’m from the Fort Lauderdale Florida,, American guild of organist, I think you did a great job!! Thank you,, so much!! John,,
Beautiful playing. Thank you for this.
The camera work was also helpful, showing various angles, and views of the church.
As he plays close your eyes and you enter into another world......
He's flying too fast and he's flying too high
A flawless performance - what a joy to listen to.
The time we are living, allows us to see the decomposition of the minds of young people as well as young people with extraordinary talents. Congratulations!

Man and machine and nothing there in between
A flying circus and a man from Prussia
The sky and a plane, this man commands his domain
The western front and all the way to Russia
Death from above, you're under fire
Stained red as blood, he's roaming higher
Born a soldier from the horseback to the skies
That's where the legend will arise
And he's flying
Higher, the king of the sky
He's flying too fast and he's flying too high
Higher, an eye for an eye
The legend will never die
First to the scene he is a lethal machine
It's bloody April and the tide is turning
Fire at will it is the thrill of the kill
Four in a day shot down with engines burning
Embrace the fame, red squadron leader
Call out his name, Rote Kampfflieger
In the game to win, a gambler rolls the dice
Eighty allies paid the price
And he's flying
Higher, the king of the sky
He's flying too fast and he's flying too high
Higher, an eye for an eye
The legend will never die
Higher
Higher, the king of the sky
He's flying too fast, again, he's flying too high
He's flying higher, an eye for an eye
The legend will never die
Higher
Born a soldier from the horseback to the skies
And the legend never dies
And he's flying
And he's flying
And he's flying
Higher, the king of the sky
He's flying too fast and he's flying too high
Higher, an eye for an eye
The legend will never die
Higher, the king of the sky
He's flying too fast and he's flying too high
Higher, an eye for an eye
The legend will never die
