THIS IS PURELY SPECULATIVE: But sometimes people push loved ones away to protect them. I wonder if Angela knew something was going to happen to her and that’s why she started a “random” fight with Ellie before kicking her out. She knew that by doing this, Ellie would stay away for a period of time. There’s just something about the timing of it all that really perplexes me.

    • @babyphatpenut

It’s such a very normal struggle between parent & child when the child starts to become an adult. Could just be that. Odds are it would have passed quickly.
I’ve always thought she knew something was coming & jumped on a real argument, exaggerating her response for an excuse to kick her out, to get her daughter to safety.

I don't even think they can do something along those lines anymore legally. Unless you cause a scene in public and have to be restrained because you are making self harm threats or acting "crazy", I don't think you can set up a meeting place and have a clinic come collect a person away from their home. It's also not good for the patient either, depending on their case it would cause more harm then good on their path to recovery to be tricked and betrayed that way. The whole no visitors part though is very true. While the patient is adjusting at the facility they do encourage visitors to wait for a period of time before coming by to see them so it doesn't disrupt any progress especially with the tough cases. I've heard of clinics having visitors waiting up to a month before coming to see their loved one because of adjusting problems and progress issues. All in all this dad is messed up to the max and I feel so bad for Elle having to deal with all of this on her own.

Right? Also like what an absolutely bizarre thing to say. People going missing frequently is in no way whatsoever a reason to not look for them, like that doesn’t even make sense. You know what other tragic event happens frequently? Car crashes - and it’s not like we just ignore those when they happen bc it’s a common occurrence. Let’s say he got in a bad car accident and was bleeding out on the side of the road. By his inane logic everyone should just shrug their shoulders, do nothing, and let him die bc car crashes happen “all the time”.

Like why would you do that in the first place? The whole thing is odd and I'm wondering if she has anything to do with her mom's disappearance in anyway. Her vibe talking doesn't sit right with me. The anger I have towards Ellie is insane. As a daughter I'd never let my dad tell me all that about my mom and not talk to my mom's side for months and not even go to the police. Yes true and everyone deserves a proper burial, nobody should be discarded like trash. It's so sad because there are so many people buried or dumped in bodies of water or discarded somewhere that they were not able to be found. A Friend of mines sister went missing in Atlantic city New Jersey when she went on a trip there with a male Friend. He came home without her and told the family that they got into a disagreement and she told him she would find her own way home to Philly. He was interrogated by police but they could never find any evidence against him so there was no justice for her. A year later a foot washed up on shore in Jersey and a fisherman found it and reported it to the police, there was still nail polish on the toes and the sneaker was still on it which the family identified as her sneaker and they said the purple nail polish was her sister's polish, they knew it was her foot. It was later verified that it did belong to their sister so they got a tiny bit of closure. The rest of her body was never found and of course no cause and manner of death and no suspect obviously because they can not determine cause and manner of death. It is horrible that people have to go through this. Their sister's body was more than likely eaten by fish, what a terrible way to be laid to rest. Nobody deserves that.

Over 500.000 people has seen this video, yet the petition for justice has under 5.000 signatures as of right now. Devastating and extremely disappointing. Signing a petition is the least you can do, when watching true crime. I hope people become more active true crime viewers because true crime is not only for entertainment, it’s also to spread awareness for the case covered. So I highly encourage everyone, to take 1 minute out of their day to help this case.
